Absolute crooks

Absolute crooks. Take your money by stealth. You have to sign up to a vip membership to get their offer (reasonable) price. I cancelled it straight away, I also skipped the month’s credit which should have meant I was not charged, mysteriously that wasn’t logged and they charged £60 anyway!!!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, although the leggings are very good they are definitely not worth the hassles , I cancelled my subscription but they still took 59.99, I contacted them to get it refunded and went round in circles as all they were interested in was advising me about member credits, after many messages on the “bot chat” i finally got my refund only to find the next month they have done the very same thing , another 59.99 taken on a CANCELLED membership, again after a lot of messages and informing them I will take this to trading standards as they were not going to refund I finally got my refund, definitely would not recommend Fabletics uk !!

website is awful and clunky to use and…

website is awful and clunky to use and there is never any of my size in stock in the colours I want. I will be terminating my membership after this order, another process which is annoying and clunky

Corrupt company. Order from this company and you will automatically subscribe to £59.99 a month. Good luck trying to get out of it. Shocking unethical company.

This company takes money without…

This company takes money without notification. Advertising items as on sale and really you are then signing up for a monthly charge of £60 to then spend on their goods each month. I cancelled the subscription but they would not refund my money. Products are good quality it is a shame they operate in this way.

Glitchy website

Website was impossible to operate so no chance of claiming “free bra” deal in countdown time
Tried on different devices so definitely a website issue
Filters not very effective, would be better if the option to “hide out of stock items”

Have to say I am disappointed in the…

Have to say I am disappointed in the newest leggings I have purchased. I got some over 3 years ago and they were amazing and still are over all now. I recently ordered three new pairs and they are tight, no side pockets and have gone bobbly on the crutch already. So disappointing

The most horrible company. Give me my money back

I have two accounts with fabletics one with active and one without active membership. They have been charging me twice with no help even after reaching out multiple times and it been a night mare to cancel to get in touch to cancel the activeone which they still havent. I have no other. I have no option but to escalate this or move to court when they are charging me every month without giving any VIP credits or even an active subscription. You customer service and platform is horrible and cannot make up up for the fact of haveing good quality items

Not good value

Don’t like the website. Inflated prices that surely nobody pays, just so the still expensive prices seem like a bargain. Quality of products is ok but I wouldn’t say good value.
Also, if you sign up to the site without a phone call, without a form, without a live chat, then you should be able to cancel without these as well.

Never have long tracksuits or trousers. The app and website are terrible to use. It never lets me order on the app as it asks me to check billing address which is correct. Will be cancelling when I’ve used my credit

Impossible to cancel the vip…

Impossible to cancel the vip membership. I got charged thrice for credits because i forgot to cancel. The call, the chat, the message option all take HOURS in wait. And if you change the window on your phone, it disconnects and the wait starts over. I was 1st in line at one point and a 40 min wait.
Email was pointless.
When they do get in touch, they will convince you for ages to keep the membership. I kept repeating to please just cancel and they kept countering it.

This is a really bad option. Cancelling should not be that difficult.

Order placed but not happy

I placed an order even though I didn't really want to. The Skip the Month option wasn't available to utilise so I was kinda forced to make an unscheduled purchase.
And once again I wasn't able to access my free bra even after the Customer service agent told me I would see the prompt when it came to the time to check out. Once again I am left disappointed 😞

Did not sign up for a monthly…

Did not sign up for a monthly subscription so had £60 taken out of my account. And then they say you have to give 30 days notice to cancel the subscription, and if you don’t cancel in the first 5 days of the month then you can’t skip payment?? So basically it’s like they want to take 2 months worth of money even when you don’t want a subscription with them.
