Great clothing and offers - the VIP credit membership is fine as long as you remember to skip the month if you don't want anything. The main problem is trying to speak with a human being if you have a... See more

Poor, obvious money trapping scheme to catch those who are busy! Says you can skip a month but the tab is so well hidden you give up in the hope you’ll forget to return. Do not sign up!!!! Just buy elsewhere- Sweaty Betty are lovely and the same price really once you’ve paid this silly £60 monthly ‘membership’

I made a one-time purchase of £156.94 from this website in October 2025 and received my order without any issues. I believed that was the end of the transaction.
However, months later, I discovered that I had been charged £59.99 multiple times for a subscription I was not clearly made aware of and did not knowingly sign up for. I have not received any additional goods or services to justify these charges.
When I contacted the company, I was told that I had subscribed during my initial purchase and that I would need to call to cancel. This is highly concerning I was automatically enrolled without clear, informed consent, yet cancelling requires speaking to someone, which creates unnecessary barriers.
I attempted to call but was unable to get through, and another £59.99 was taken from my account on 8th March.
In total, £299.95 has been deducted from my account without any clear service or benefit provided.
Based on my experience, this appears to be a systemic issue in how customers are enrolled into subscriptions and how difficult it is to cancel them. I would urge others to be extremely cautious, as you may unknowingly be signed up and repeatedly charged.
This is a systematic fraud, Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Fabletics is a great option if you’re looking for stylish, supportive activewear without paying luxury prices.

Terrible membership scheme. You are billed £59.99 a month with a small window each month to skip. You then get one VIP credit. The leggings are £30ish but you cannot split the credit meaning you pay £60 for a £30 pair of leggings each month. Apparently you can buy an outfit, these choices were very limited. Crazy that a VIP membership means you have to pay double the price if you don’t and to buy something specific. Shame as the leggings are good. But this is an insane way to buy clothes. I think there are cults that would be easier to leave.

I ordered 4 pairs of No seam Purelux Leggings. All of which developed the same fault within 4 weeks of purchase. I provided photographic evidence as requested and fabletics refused to offer a replacement

Signed me up to a VIP subscription without knowing. I realised when £60 was taken from my account. No email for the subscription or contract. Then the clothes cost a lot more than advertised to buy with the credit in the subscription.

I have used the website to purchase numerous active wear items. When an item doesn’t fit, Fabletics customer service issues me a shipping label immediately and sends me a proper fitted substitute, no questions asked.
I now am sending their products to family members as gifts!

All the items look really well. I can’t wait to receive my purchase.

Sent me the wrong order, useless resolutions proposed to rectify THEIR mistake which would cost me more money - still have not received the order and they won't be sending it to me. Strongly do not recommend avoiding and shopping elsewhere, not to mention their 'VIP' membership which seems to be a con.

First the positive bit. The clothing is well designed, good quality and comfortable. It goes downhill from there. The website is a nightmare to use seems to be optimised for user inconvenience. Items have massively inflated list and member prices. Sale prices are more aligned with the true value (if you can manage to get size). Contrary to the Fabletics blurb, VIP vouchers are NOT the way to access the best prices so make sure you NEVER forget to skip the automatic VIP credit direct debit!!!! Items available for 1 VIP Credit are regularly sold for less than the original cost of the credit. Bundle deal sales look good but are often subject to severe size and colour restrictions and are filled with booby-traps of products out of scope.

I have just placed an order taking advantage of the re-joining the VIP membership and have been charged the full amount despite following the instructions to re-enstate the membership.

The products themselves are genuinely good quality. However, the pricing structure feels misleading because the headline prices are far higher than what anyone realistically pays.
The VIP membership model seems designed more with shareholders in mind than customers. The cancellation process is unnecessarily difficult and frustrating, which gives the impression it’s intentionally built to discourage people from leaving.
If Fabletics focused on offering their products at fair, transparent prices without relying so heavily on a subscription model, I’d happily give them five stars.

Unfortunately I had an awful experience with this company.
Drag you in with promises of a free gift then charge you £60 for a “VIP membership”
The quality is horrendous.
The company is horrendous.
Avoid Avoid Aviod
The only silver lining is that I used PayPal and they have agreed to refund me
