My experience was amazing. It was very quick and easy to pick my size to understand the size and to have the side in stock. It also was very quick to get the discount. You just have to sign up for their membership service, but you could also cancel within the first 30 days that you don’t decide you like the clothes and wanna return them and I also liked the options and I liked how there wasn’t too many famous people attached to this program and I’m really hoping that I like the quality

I was told by the customer service agent that I could use my vip credit on denim cause when it was on sale it would be under 100$ well Denim I found out even when it was under 100$ he lied not a good experience since I saved up on my vip credit for a denim jacket instead I had to only get a 30% sale when I am a Platinum member what bullshit that was and I am hurt.

I do not understand the VIP outfits. AGAIN, it states tariffs are included and no shipping but $13+ due when I check out. Cancelling membership now.

The most popular sizes in a lot of the most popular items are constantly sold out and it’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve been trying to get a bra in a medium for over a year and it’s constantly sold out. Also, four dollars for a tariff on a single bra is absolutely ridiculous.

I did not like that I was charged for a VIP credit for the month when I had purposely logged on and "opted out" of credit for the month of April.
I am not likely to continue my membership as the fit of the leggings is not great for my body and I have now purchased four tops which should last me for quite some time. Also... the tariff charge??? The final cost of the item I just ordered was double the price listed for the item. So... the credit I used (which I had already been charged for) did not quite cover the cost of the item although it should have been more than enough.

I gave 1 star as the leggings are good i ordered 2 pairs for £19 didn't plan on ordering anymore...they have taken £30 from my account today and they have set up a payment from my card to take another £30 each month! For what! A membership i never signed up for very disappointing wouldn't recommend

The website was extremely slow and kept lagging. Also, I was looking for the mesh sleeve/ bowlero top that Khloe K wore in the campaign photos and it was disappointing not to see that item on sale...

I have been a VIP for 10 years and I love Fabletics quality and fit. I rarely have to return anything and when I do the phone customer service is always helpful. However, the $3.95 tariff on everything esp with the monthly increased amount, it’s getting to where it isn’t very cost effective anymore. I skip the month more than I don’t now.
