BEWARE RENTR / FABLETS!!

Worse experience ever with the agency RENTR/ FAB LETS who are posting false incorrect advertisement for a studio flats by using illegal practices.
recently I viewed one of there properties, which was advertised with ALL BILLS included.
During the viewing I asked what bills I am responsible for? I was told by the agent ( Ena Begovic # the actress ) only the electric. This was also advertised the same on the ZOOPLA website.
Shortly after placing a holding deposit I received a email stating I was responsible for the council tax.
When I reached out to FAB LET, they’re said that the council tax was not included in the rent.
When I pointed out that I was told different by the agent and that it even stated it on the Zoopla website they said that the agent was referring to other property I had view a few days earlier, and referred to acknowledge that the information online was incorrect even after I sent them a screenshot of the advertisement.
The next day I received a message from them confirming that a mistake had been made and this was an oversight.’
To which I replied with “ unfortunately this would take me over my budget, so I would like to request my deposit back.
It has now been 2 weeks and they have not replied to any of my emails or messages in regard to my deposit.
I have now found out that they have been doing this to other people even up until last week.
