This was my first order I normally use a local seamstress, but as Fabric Direct had the Laura Ashley Fabric I wanted and the price and time frame seemed comparable , I choose to place my order , I was thrilled the quality is equal if not better than my other curtains. I ordered made to measure curtains online. The website was easy to use with instructions of how to measure correctly. The fabric price was a bargain compared to other suppliers. Delivery was quicker than anticipated - a friendly phone call received ahead of delivery. Curtains packaged well and came complete with a pack of new hooks, cord tidy, instructions of how to hang them and a hand written thank you note. And best of all the quality of the curtains and lining - the pattern matching and tidiness of hems etc was excellent. Very pleased with them and have already been recommending supplier to friends and family.

Although I couldn’t buy my chosen fabric as there wasn’t enough in stock, the company did a search to double check and kept me in the loop via telephone calls. Great customer service!

I had looked for fabric in a high street shop as I am planning to reupholster my dining room chairs. I found the same fabric at Fabric Direct with a much more competitive price, so ordered enough for one chair. I was impressed with the ease of ordering and the very quick delivery. If all goes well, I will be ordering more fabric to do the other five!

I like the website, easy to navigate and find what I wanted. I ordered samples of materials and they arrived promptly and were a good size so I could check suitability of colour and pattern.
