Carpets look great and professional service - thank you! Stains all gone and look new again. We will book again.

Matt was extremely professional. He came and cleaned our main sofa and explained when he arrived that some of the stains might irreparable damage. When he had finished the sofas looked much better and the stains could not be seen. Matt explained fully throughout the process and would definitely recommend. We look forward to welcoming back to clean our carpet.

Matt has been very professional and has high expecation about his work. When he noticed the stain on my carpet has been set permentaly and not possible to be removed completely, he explained the situation and offer me his advise but didn't charge me anything for the hour he has already put in. We both feel ashame that we didn't get the result that we want.
Afterwards, Matt kindly wrote me a report explaining the reason why the stain can't be removed. I appreciate his willingness of help very much. Hope to do more business with him in the future.

We needed our carpets cleaned as we purchased a property. Communication with Matt was excellent and he arrived on time as per agreed time and date. Matt advised on what they will do and provided advice as well on how we can keep our carpets in a good condition following the cleaning. We are very happy with the result, the price was reasonable and definitely recommend Matt!

Matt has just finished doing my living room sofa’s & carpet. He never fails to offer a brilliant service, easy to book, provides information on the probable outcome of any stains etc, and offers advice on fabric care to prolong life. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again in the future!

Matt came to our rescue after we had some Amtico flooring laid but the fitter didn’t clean the floor after, resulting in a lot of residue glue!
This was sorted with minimal disruption to our home, finished on time and at a good price.
Matt and his staff are extremely professional and have been helpful with advising us on how to maintain our floor now they’ve put it right for us. Would highly recommend.
