1. Ordered something on December 2022.
2. Received an order number.
3. My money has been deducted from PayPal.
4. That is it: No email for a tracking number received and no response from my emails

This seems be a fraud bunch. Ordered a trimmer8 on 28 November 22, and no information or despatch details. Non responsive to emails. This is a scam company. Never spent your hard earned money to fall victim to this frauds

If I could give this a zero I would..
If I could give this a zero I would... ordered 2 products back on 25th October '22. Here we are nearly 2mths later and after numerous emails sent to them through all different channels NO REPLY .. they have the $$ bad luck.. so steer clear of this mob.

Received an order number that said been processed, and my money has been deducted from Pay Pal
Sent an email for a tracking number?
No communication since, pretty sure this is a SCAM site.

I too ordered the flutterbye fairy and no mention not in stock. Sent 2 emails no reply, so I will go to PayPal as well to get money back. Make it sound as though it is an Australian company but I don't think it is

Flutterbye Pixie
Placed order for Flutterbe Pixie which according to their website was in stock. Received confirmation email payment received only to see further down page that it was out of stock and they will get it overseas. I sent two emails to them requesting cancellation and refund. No response. I had to lodge a complaint with PayPal to get my money back. I would not have anything to do with this company. Definitely dishonest and unscrupulous.

ordered something for my granddaughters birthday - nothing to say it wasn't coming from australia - 3 weeks after her birthday (6 weeks after ordering) nothing! They don't answer emails nor their direct contact form. facebook page doesn't exist - would advise never to order from this place.

Does not open mouth or shoot bullets its just a plastic doll holding an alarm clock. Was told if it wasnt defective they could not refund my money. Defective? Its not even what was advertised
