Ordered the gift box and a necklace, I didn’t care about the wait too much. What I didn’t expect was to only receive the gift box and no necklace… I’ve been emailing this automated service for almost 2 weeks now and I doubt I’ll be getting the necklace or my money back. Save your time and money from these ad reliant companies and stick with Amazon or Temu. At least you will receive what you ordered.

I ordered custom bracelets a few years ago for my husband and I. We wore them everyday and they were in excellent condition until recently (we broke them by accident). I ordered new ones and they shipped so fast. We are very happy and pleased with our bracelets, again.

Took longer than expected to arrive so wife didn't get it for Valentine's Day. She was still happy with it. Never got a response from customer service after multiple attempts to contact.

I have been waiting an entire month for my order, and I have received absolutely nothing.
No product. No proper update. No clear communication. Just silence.
Waiting this long after paying is completely unacceptable. A serious company does not treat customers like this. If there are delays, you communicate them clearly and professionally — you do not ignore the customer.

At this point, I feel ignored and disrespected as a customer. If this is how Fabulove handles paid orders, people should think twice before ordering.

The package arrived too late even though I paid for a rush shipping..🤔

I am very disappointed with my purchase. I paid £39 including shipping, and after receiving the item I found very similar products available on Amazon for around £5–£10.
The company advertises heavy discounts (for example from £76 to £29), which feels misleading considering the actual market price of similar items.
I have contacted customer service by email regarding a return but have not received a response. Poor communication and lack of support make this experience even worse.
The product itself looks like a standard “pearl in oyster” kit that can be found much cheaper elsewhere. Please do proper research before buying so you don’t overpay like I did.

Very cheap Chinese product. Looks horrible and very poor quality. Also 2 weeks to be delivered. I don’t recommend!!

At first I was worried if my package was ever going to be sent, but I did order a day before Valentine’s Day. Everything came in at a reasonable time, my eternal flower, & bracelets are beautiful. My wife was really surprised with the gift. She loved the experience of taking the pearl from inside the oister. She said it was magic.
I just would love an option to have the message printed out and delivered with the gift ( unfortunately the message arrived after she received the gift). This is only my opinion, it does not change the fact she loved her gift.

My valentines gift was late cause of your shipping. My item was at LAX and then went to Texas. Would have Came on time if never went there. Tracking sucked also. And I complained and got no response. Will not buy from you again.

I am beyond frustrated with Fabulove services. At this point I have no clue if my order is going to reach its destination ever or where is it located. The order was placed on Feb 11 for Valentine’s Day and after 9 days it has still not reached its destination. At this point I have given up hope. These are flowers which have a shelf life and I don’t want rotten flowers to reach who I was planning to send to. The situation is utterly embarrassing and beyond disappointing. Given the situation I have asked for full refund but haven't got any response. The online tracking is so pathetic that it’s not clear where the package currently is.
Word of advice, don't go to them.

Every thing is perfect the only thing is the delivery date . It took longer than i expected.

But everything else is good.
