I was a model for three anti-wrinkle treatment areas.

The first treatment, from start to finish, was carried out professionally and with ease.

The staff were so lovely and friendly, and the treatment itself was comfortable and reassuring.

Will be coming here again for all my future treatments.

When i first arrived I was nervous but Claire made me feel comfortable. Claire and her team are were very professional. I have now been 3 times for the lemon bottle and I would not go anywhere else.

Loved the results I got from my treatments from Claire, lovley lady I will definitely be going back soon 😃😃

Claire has done a fabulous job on my aesthetics and gave me my confidence back! She is friendly, funny and welcoming. Highly recommend :)

Claire and her team made me feel welcomed as soon as I arrived,
I explained that I was nervous and was asked why and explained I was worried it was going to hurt, 🤕 Claire told me not to worry and used numbing cream on me, after 10 minutes my lips was numb and my lip flip was completed,I am lovely results all ready.
I had my Botox done at the same time and I love the results and now will not go anywhere else.
I was made to feel welcomed and relaxed that much and I could see the knowledge Claire had I am now looking at doing a few courses with themselves,

Claire was such an amazing teacher. She definitely boost my confident on aesthetics especially as new beginner. I would definitely recommend her.

Claire is an amazing teacher and I would highly recommend her.

She offers so much support and guidance 🩷 she goes into so much detail and has helped boost my confidence with each class I have had with her.

I have done so many courses with her and each time I walk away confident and knowing I have her full support even after qualifying.
She isnt one of the tutors that just trains you and cut you off as soon as ur done…she will offer up her extra time to help and support you 🩷

I booked and paid in full for the advance filler and botox course. The trainer was also trying desperately to get me to book and pay for additional courses which I am so glad I did not. My course was cancelled at 8am on the morning the training was supposed to take place as the owner/trainer was apparently ill with a migraine. The second course was cancelled late the night before the training was going to take place due to lack of models (surely they would have known this before then, and I did not see at any point any requests for models on the days of my supposed training). I asked the trainer to refund the money paid, but unfortunately she has been stalling (and promised that a refund HAD been made) and now my emails are going unanswered. I had to contact my bank and put in a fraud claim to retrieve some of the fees I paid (my bank charged my £100 excess so this has left me out of pocket). I would 100% NOT recommend this company unless you want to get scammed. Facefoward academy, I would appreciate if you could answer your emails and refund me the additional £100 that I am out of pocket.

Claire is absolutely amazing. She goes over anything and everything, she makes sure everyone feels 100% confident in what they are doing, and is so reassuring. I would definitely recommend training with Claire; her workspace is immaculate, and she is very welcoming💖

I felt so at ease with Claire and her students. Claire’s skill is second to none. I always feel in good hands and she gives honest advice to me on what I do and more importantly what I don’t need. Her and her students talk me through what they are doing. It is obvious that her students are so passionate about the course and such avid listeners. Claire stays right on hand and advises through the process. Her studio is spotless and comfortable and this originally rather nervous visitor felt immediately at ease.

I had seen a post on Facebook to do some modelling for the ladies at face forward and thought I’d give it a go and get my nose and lips done .. Claire the tutor was a lovely funny lady made me laugh and made great chat she was also very professional I met Donna the student she did really well doing my lips I wish her all the best and I am very happy with my lips and nose I wanted my cupids bow more enhanced and that’s exactly what I got.

The girls were so lovely and welcoming, made me feel very relaxed even though it was my first time getting filler. 100% reccomend x

I have wanted to go down the aesthetics route for such a long time and Claire has made that possible for me, she is professional, explains all treatments thoroughly and in depth, I am so glad I chose face forward academy! Claire also offers refresher courses and arranges extra days for students to attend to build their confidence and skills! She is such a beautiful person inside and out! She rocks!!!!
