For ban faceit he unbaned me very fast , thanks you for trust !

Their support is a joke. You open a ticket and the AI closes it 1 minute later because you already have another ticket open. I have one open because their Shop is not applying the correct VAT for the country where I live, and it has been open for 2 days without any answer. Now I opened one because of their server issues, and the AI automatically closed it, stating that I already have a ticket open.

There are more than 1000 such administrators, and I have to sit and wait for an hour for them to unlock me because your servers are not working properly. They are not allowing me to connect. Your employee Juliet can work instead of drinking tea.
My ban has expired, but she is still silent because she doesn't care. I am ready to sign a petition to have her fired. She unblocked me when I had 4 minutes of the 60-minute ban left.

Its bullshit.
only good thing about faceit is that there is way less cheaters. other than that screw it never PAY a 1$ to this scummy company............................. i don't even wanna mention shit about it its just SO bad their services and system... they only make themselves look like they care after players but its only an illusion. Waste of time.

Juliette is very one of the best on the faceit support, very fast and understandable. I would like rate her more than 5 star.

Very good response time i got a Leaver ban for being out probably 2-3 rounds and then i wrote a support ticket they removed my ban after 20 minutes so i could keep playing (:

Faceit takes a month to answer tickets—disgusting. People with 80 games at 2500 ELO and a 2.0+ KD avg don't get banned for smurfing. If you don't buy Faceit Premium, you get matched with 4-man premades, which is a 90% loss most of the time. If you're not an e-girl, Faceit doesn't care about toxic people or trolls in your games.

People were attacking me for having Trump in my logo. I started talking back and got a 2 day ban. Place should be shutdown.

Scam website. Subscription doesn't work as described - and the support doesn't care. Very bad platform.

Good support and good anticheat. Only reason why others rate low is that faceit has good anticheat and they can't cheat :).

Good support. Always respond in the 30 min. intervals, often remove the AFK bans if it was received cause of the technical issue, and ready to help at any time of a day

Were you banned due to network issues, and you tried to fix it, but couldn't through no fault of your own? We don't care, we'll deduct your ELO for two games and lift the ban. I hope you'll be happy playing on our platform.

Overall useless platform full of cheater , trollers , bugs , i get trolled in a game end up loosing and im the one getting banned 1 day . Matches not appearing for accept etc etc. Overall stay clear of the platform

I contact faceit support upon multiple matters everyday, multiple times also, and every time they answer with speed and respect, the best support ever walla!
