AI and horrible dog shit servers that you pay for. You also get insta games where its a random map and there's no veto like no one asked for that at ALL.

Do not give them your any personal document unless you want your information to be sold

The matchmaking is absolutely abysmal. The quality of the players on the platform is even worse. The moment you see anyone from a country east of Germany on a map, there is a 90% likelihood they will grief the game in some form, might it be trash-talk or active gameplay disruption.
Segregation would do a lot for this platform !

The fast response gave it all, been contacting support for a while and not only they really did their job, but it took less than 3 minutes for them to answer me EVERY TIME. Kudos.

site was lagging, couldnt join match, got ban, instantly wrote to support, with proof video, they dont care. go and wait untill ban ends. Amazing! if i could rate it to 0, i would definetly do that!

Fast service and it was really helpful. I tell about my problem when we started the game the faceit show black screen and I can't join. Even when I restarted my computer show the same thing, and I get banned. So I went to make report. And after 5 minute they are removed the banned.

I deactivated my account on FaceIt, then changed my mind and wanted to get it back, but support is ignoring me. How can I get my account back or create a new one?

Accidentally left 2 sec before warmup because one of our mates didn't join.

good platform overall, much better experience than premier if playing cs2. only bad thing is toxic players and griefers, you cant leave the game and are stuck with them the whole time unless you just eat the cooldown and play later.

very fast response and i got unbanned. i was banned cuz i couldnt play match due to electrocity problems but they solved it very quickly

The support on this platform is a joke, they have bots responding with the same automatically generated messages each time. It is a shameful way of interacting with the community. Never got any help resolving issues (there's plenty of them).

As a result of a server-side issue that as completely outside of my control, I received a ban and lost -60 ELO.

Started playing faceit to try and get 10 and play with less cheaters / smurfers, absolute waste of time.

Verification means nothing, I play against people with 500 hours, and even played with smurfs. Last game was the final straw for me when I’m playing against a LEVEL 0 STEAM ACCOUNT WITH 55 GAMES AND IN LVL 7/8.

Cheaters are still there, still not getting banned.

Cancelled my subscription today, joke of a platform.

If you are going to play, don’t ever pay for it.
