I recently had upper eyelid surgery with Mr. Mustafa Mahli, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the start, Mr. Mahli was super friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. His calm demeanor and expertise put me in good hands throughout the entire process. His assistant was also brilliant and made everything run smoothly.

The procedure itself was almost pain-free—just the numbing injections, but no discomfort afterward, and there was very little bruising. I flew out and back the same day from the UK, and the whole experience was far more seamless than I had anticipated.

I had my stitches removed today, and the results are already incredible—there’s a massive difference. I can’t wait to start wearing makeup again and enjoy my younger, more glamorous self! Several of my friends have already inquired about available dates after seeing my results, and I couldn’t recommend Mr. Mahli more highly.

Really disappointed - my Botox came out within 6 weeks of getting it. I’ve had it done elsewhere where it lasted over 3 months. They didn’t want to compensate or anything to make it up to me.

It is a worthless company, I choosed botox on the corners of my mouth and now my facial expression is just gone

My mum and I travelled from the UK to have upper blepharoplasty with Dr Robin. I felt nervous but the staff and Dr Robin made us feel at ease instantly. The whole process was great. The clinic is large, clean and modern. The staff were lovely and Dr Robin was great, she talked me through the procedure whilst working. She made me feel calm and at ease. A little discomfort with the anesthetic, but expected, felt nothing after that, no pain - we didn’t even need to take paracetamol after. We got given a after pack bag which had everything we needed. Some would moan it’s like a conveyer belt, for me this actually made me feel comforted knowing others were there having it too and felt at ease knowing they were experienced. The procedure took half an hour and we were done to explore Amsterdam. I would definitely do it again, we are both pleased with the results and the healing. Would do it again and highly recommend Dr Robin and the clinic to everyone.

Excellent service from start to finish. Clear communication from the beginning including consultation. I had to change my appointment quite last minute and they gave me various options. I went to the Amsterdam clinic which was easy to find, quiet, clean and just friendly staff.

When booking your consultation, ensure you complete the forms that are sent to confirm your booking.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Dr Zoglmann and the team. I didn’t get the name of the person assisting due to nerves which I deeply regret, but he was lovely and helped keep me be calm (I was extremely dramatic LOL).

It’s been over 2 months post surgery and the results have been amazing. They managed my expectations with the results but I think they did an amazing job. Healing process has been great and I’ve been happy since the first day.

Do not book with this clinic
I attempted to arrange an online appointment because I live in England, and the receptionist's response was horrendous. First, they scheduled an e-meeting for Sunday at 13.35. Of course, I did not receive a phone call from the surgery. I contacted the reception teams again via email, but they were so disrespectful that I gave up on them. I'm actually glad this happened before any bookings, so I'm aware of what kind of staff the surgery has. This might also be a warning to anyone considering scheduling an appointment with Faceland. Please be mindful and read the reviews first!

€400 on absolutely no results. Shameful. Lied to… I’d like a refund or a partial one since I was stupid enough to go twice in 3 months after it not working the first time. It sadly did not work the second time.

After I went to my old practitioner, amazing results. This practitioner lives far, an hour drive away, faceland was closer by.

I truly believe they dilute the Botox because it’s not normal. They told me to wait a month to see true results, after one month it was back to normal and the 4 week period was over!

Feels like I’ve been scammed. Horrible feeling. If I can warn anyone… they’re in it to make money.

they suck as a company. bad leadership, profit over good results. there used to be option to do 0.5ml for undereye filler, now they only offer 1ml minimum ? every good doctor will say less is more, but not at faceland, they will upsell you to get stuff you don’t need and then pay €250 to dissolve it (more profit for them). hyalase / hyaluronidase (the dissolving injection) costs like $20 for them to purchase from the manufacturer, but they price the dissolving at €250… even in america the prices for dissolving are not this ridiculous. go to amsterdam cosmetic clinic, way better experience there and more professional doctors.

Very bad. I had an appointment and the girl by the reception didn't even look into my eyes. I was there for a consultation she didn't let me see the doctor because I didn't have my id. I wasn't there for a treatment just to ask some information. She didn't gave me the time to say I could show the copy of my id from my phone. Without looking into my eyes one time she said I can reschedule your appointment. I said no thanks and left. Very unpleasant unprofessional and arrogant. Never again!

Dr Louise Peirsman in Faceland Brussels was superb and very professional. I Highly recommend Faceland Belgium. I will come back when necessarry.

Appalling communication, do not respond to messages sent via Facebook, messenger nor email. Charge more if you are from UK than in Euro land, this is a xenophobic company that will not be getting my trade.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR ADVISE ANYONE TO COME HERE.

Let's start from the beginning,
I had went online and booked a appointment online for my nose fillers on a specific date.

I attended that date and they took me into a room to tell me that there is no doctor in today who can specifically inject my nose fillers since its such a very dangerous area that needs a specific doctor. I was confused, I travelled 40 minutes by car to attend by appointment to be only told that there is no doctor to complete my procedure? What kind of unprofessional BS is this.

They rebooked me for a date that the procedure can be done by a doctor who can inject fillers into my nose.
I spoke to the doctor and she told me the Price would be €400 euro, I told her and showed her proof that on the website it says that its €300 euro. This felt weird and strange for me, was she trying to scam me?
She finished my procedure and I was very happy with my nose.

After a few days the area which my nose filler have been injected to turn to a brown/green bruise. I was scared and then I decided to contact Faceland on WhatsApp and on the Live chat. I sent them my pictures. They told me that the doctor's would email me back. I waited forever and didn't receive anything back. keep in mind I was scared that this could be more serious than it actually is since the nose area is very dangerous to be injected in.

After 3 Weeks went by and I see that my nose fillers have started to dissolve and the form of my hump nose started to returned. I was annoyed that I paid €300 euro to have my nose fillers disappear into thin air.
I contacted the support team of Faceland on WhatsApp/Email/Live chat to only be ignored.
I stayed in the live chat for 4 hours waiting for them to respond back.
This company is very unprofessional.
Costumer service is embarrassing.

I could easily put even lower than that because the service is really bad.. to book a consultation is a long no ending process that noone seems to take seriously and solve the problem, furthermore guess what when your consultation day comes the doctor doesn't appear anywhere so you wait by yourself 45min for nothing and then they "arrange" another appointment which is a phone call to tell you they have no booking days and that someone will contact you for another appointment like phone call to book another consultation... That is a joke seriously now. You should take your patients more seriously and with more respect otherwise close your business I will say .. Not happy at all

I made an appointment weeks ago, and arranged time off to travel from another city, planning carefully to be there on time. The day before I just received a text message and email that my appointment was moved from the afternoon to the morning, no one asked me if that would be ok or explained. I immediately emailed to explain that I’m traveling from another city and had to arrange with my full time job to be there at the time of my appointment, no reply.
Next day, I receive an email saying “you missed your appointment” - well, I didn’t..

Later today I received finally a response to my email; not to apologize but asking if I can be there 3h before the original appointment time…!

I would definitely not trust this clinic if keeping an appointment or communicating to your customers is on this level.

I have also had previous experience with Botox lip flip and eyebrow lift done previously where I had no results. They tell you, you are welcome to come back after 2-4 weeks and if needed, they’ll fix it but when I contacted them, there was no time available and then they wrote an unclear reply with some crap about no guarantees.

I went to Dr.Daniolos for my Jaw pain. I was very unsure at first but she was very understanding of my concerns and gave me good advice. I can totally recommend her to anyone. She was not only professional but also extremely empathetic which I appreciated so much!

Doctor Aman in Rotterdam is amazing, love her! I do recommend.

Today, I had an appointment for consult for breast implants, it started with a not so warm welcome because my friend had to wait outside in the rain because only one person was allowed in.. waiting in the waiting room was also not an option. She travelled all the way from nijmegen to Overvecht to support me and help me make this decision together. The person who did the consult was very rude and it seemed that she did not have the time to answer my questions. She made me feel dump and spoke to me like if I was a child. She did not answer my questions and I did not feel comfortable at all. Went home with a very bad feeling about it, especially when she told me that I could only have round fillers instead of the natural ones, which I actually wanted. Over all, I am not happy with the way it went and how I was treated. I am cancelling my next appointment and plan a new one at another clinic.

Today I had a breast enlargement with Faceland in Bauland clinic. I was so scared but the moment I arrived they made me feel safe. My operation started around 08:15 and at 09:10 I was awake with a big smile on my face. Im now home and I love my breasts, they look amazing already. Surgeon Lydia Bol and staff where fantastic! Thank you Faceland and Bauland clinic😀
