One star too many, does not deserve any

Wish I had read these reviews before placing an order!! No order received. No reply to any of my emails. Should not be allowed to advertise online. I have reported to trading standards. Google and Instagram. Suggest you all do the same. This company is fraudulent and a scam. Do not give them any of your money

Its a scam company. Steer clear. Irish adress is fake, the phone number code is wrong and also if you google the number it comes up for many scam businesses. Hope I can get my money back 😞

I did get my refund from this company, which I am happy about.

Scam company, 2-3 day delivery promised, its now 4 weeks. Customer service very bad. I wish I looked at reviews before ordering. Hopefully My bank can get me my money back

STILL waiting on a delivery I was told next day delivery. Worst service I have experienced yet ordering on line. NO communication or updates. Would not recommend this company at all

Ordered a tooth cleaner,pink, after a teeth cleaner purchased from Amazon went 'unable to be used' after only 3 weeks,an Amazon's choice,the purchased replacement was also unable to be used,sold as 'faulty' item.Amazon refunded but refused to collect items, they said they would use dpd( as they provide label) and then refused to confirm that dpd collection???Smile therapy have not dispatched the item and I requested refund/ cancellation, not requiring their product.Awaiting refund as payment went from 'pending' to 'out ' at 2 am 11.12.22
02.01.23 , still no refund, Santander as a bank haven't managed refund, they got the signatures they requested for refunds/ by email and instagram.Smile therapy I rejected offer of replacement as the order/parcel was not delivered , royal mail track proves it wasn't, refund requires nearly a month after you had payment ......delays of refunds causing issues attempts Stoll no refund, Santander proving to be a scamming supporter they are, they not resolved the dispute of payment, and nit refubd or account adjusted, they know the money went in to bank account , why haven't they got my money refunded????!Smile Therapy , wheres my refund!!!????

Ordered 2 items, one worked the other would not take a charge (I tried 3 USB ports). Contacted them immediately stating the issue, was asked to send a video which I did, they’ve now said to return item at cost to myself so that they can inspect it. I have zero confidence in this company so I won’t bother. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered their electric toothbrush on a deal which appeared at the top of a google search. I opened the product when it arrived and it doesnt do as described, its just a vibrator with a toothbrush case. The different modes do nothing and it is definitely a cheap product that doesnt do what it claims to do. When contacting them for a refund they said because i opened it they cannot refund me. Turns out i dont have a right to inspect the product so be careful out there!

ordered items that said next day dispatch, a week later nothing at all. going to call the bank as i think i have been scammed. its my own fault as i should have see the reviews before ordering .

DO NOT buy from this company. I didn't see these reviews and bought a water flosser that I wanted to return. I have emailed twice and they don't even have the courtesy to reply.

Still waiting on tooth flosser I ordered 3 weeks ago.

Totally fake business.

Placed an order no email confirmation. But took a screen shot of the on line confirmation. I have emailed customer service twice and like so many others had no response. As yet nothing recieved and money taken.

AWFUL! Ordered a product last week, got two emails saying my address was incorrect (which it wasn't) and now nothing has been delivered, they've taken my money and there's no way to contact them other than email which I have done three times. AVOID!

I placed the order. The money came out of my account. Since then, no contact, no goods, no responses. This is a fake company, I’m convinced. Needs to be reported toTrading Standards.

Do not buy anything from this company! I so wished I had read the reviews from this site before buying anything. Brought a toothbrush as a present but box and inside packaging were all damaged it was a very cheap looking toothbrush and I requested a refund only to be told they would only give me a 10% refund and no replacement. !! Very poor customer service and will never buy again from them. Funny how on their website they only have good reviews but on Trustpilot there are so many poor ones just shows they are fake reviews and a fake company!!

Do not use I ordered x 2 water flosser email said be despatched next day delivery , that was over two weeks ago sent 4 emails to them no reply and no orders delivered having to get a refund through bank . Very bad company stay away.

Ordered a water flosser and a tongue cleaner and a cheap looking tooth cleaner has turned up instead. Have emailed but am yet to hear back.
Be careful when ordering from this company.

Order failed to be delivered even tho tracking by royal mail said it had.
Contacted company and they told me they had investigated it with RM and they have delivered to my address and therefore fulfilled they obligation.
I now have to take this up with RM. This shouldn't be my problem
