I suspect many of these 5 star reviews might be fake. You pay for a premium search and it never materialises, just keeps spinning on an eternal non-existent part of the process. Do not waste your money. They might reply to this bad review with "we're sorry to hear that, get in touch, it might be network" - I have 150Mbs ps fibre connection - it is not network - it is quite simply put - a scam

total scam dont bother also the customer service are slimy. They commented here saying they gave me extra credit for searches but thats because the one I bought was faulty a glitch on there end. Then after they said if you give us a 5 star review we’ll give you an additional premium search so I did and then they said “you already used your additional premium search when we helped you”…..scum
