The delivery was in time and as…

The delivery was in time and as promised before christmas. I ordered 9 socks in 3 different sizes (no XXL socks for bigger feet available). However, there was no sizing on the packaging provided, so that I had to unpack and to compare all socks. On the bigger socks the prints were not as nice as for the smaller ones. All in all a funny present, but quality could be better.

Not as expected

It is a funny idea for a gift, but the delivery time took way longer as expected and the quality of the socks are not good. Thougt it was cotton and not polyester.

The delivery time was far longer than advertised. Customer support did not respond to emails, and the quality was disappointing. Not recommended.

What a scam

What a scam, you don’t see that they are coming from China until after you make the payment. Of course they weren’t here on time when I was expecting them. Quality is okay, for the price would have expected better.
If they didn’t have hidden the production information with a German address and had everything translated in German I would have never ever bought a product that is either ecological or sustainable or goes against who knows how many work-laws

Good communication

I could follow my socks all the way and got informed about when the delivery date was near. My granddaughter got so happy to see her dog on her socks .

The socks are cute but...

The socks are cute and the product is more or less well-made, but: the price is a bit high and... they come directly from China, so shipping times are very long (in my case, Italy, about 20 days for delivery). In Italy, there are companies that do excellent works for the same price and with faster delivery times.
