If you spend some time with Fumiko and other FYM instructors you can make changes on a deep internalized level. This is not just face exercise but the practice of connecting your inner self with outer self. It is experiencing how inner state of mind influences outward expression, and the other way around also! I am 76 y.o. and finally have the opportunity for peaceful and reflective time in my day. The wear and tear and worries of the years show on my face, but this program and instructors offer ease, encouragement and inspiration.

This month I made a 5 days exercise by Mrs.Fumiko and others Ladys. All was very professionaly, precisional and very simple for understand and practice. I enjoy in, with very kind and nice people, in good energy which made me very happy and I saw how my skin get bether. So I go furthered with this exercises and enjoy. I saw changhes on my skin. I have been with the Face Yoga Method for several months now and Fumiko and the other instructors and support people are so consistent in the way they care about us and respond so quickly to questions. I really like that the poses make a difference in how our faces look and how we feel.

The team at the Face Yoga Method DO care. They care about the courses, they care about the utterly amazing teaching but most of all they care about you! - the consumers of this product. I have followed the face yoga method for some time now and have bought most of the programme's. The next step for me at some point will be the Teacher Certification. I love watching Fumiko and Maria create the magic. You DO feel part of a movement, a tribe, a positive influence for aging (or not!) because the exercises DO absolutely work! There is other great stuff for changing your mindset and physical overall wellbeing. It has everything. I LOVE this movement and am very happy that I found it :)

I felt all the love, support and energy from the coaches teaching us all that we have to know to be able to tech others.

I did the 6-month TCC with Face Yoga Method and also attended the mastery. Fumiko and the team really care for their students and provide much more value in the course than just teacher training. Each lesson was so important and practical. They even encourage and push us to start-off our business. The best thing I took away from it, is the study group. I now have a strong group of supporting colleagues who guide and help each other. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I am so confident after this course and already have some clients. This course was worth the investment.

I always feel better when I hear from your staff, it helps me feel heard, that I am acknowledged which allows me to “feel all is well”. I do want to continue with Face Yoga and enjoy the camaraderie with all your other Face Yogi’s. Turning 64 on the 20th, I look forward to improving my tired face into something a bit better! I ordered face yoga sprint bundle didn't receive any link. I also e-mailed Faceyogamethotwice without any reply. I am a bit frustrated that I cannot either get the product or a refund.

I am using Face Yoga Method website (account) for nearly 3 years, I am happy with how the websile looks like and with the exercises. You just need to be systhematic (that is, do the exercises shown there at least a couple of minutes every day) and you can get nice results of face yoga exercises. Overall, it is a good thing. Also, support team is responsive.

Very complete inspiring and powerful teacher training program !

Fumiko, Maria and Naomi where great, love the dynamic of the classes, how first it was Maria with Q & A, then Naomi with more details and then Fumiko. Love how the assignments were for most of us outside of our comfort zone. At the end found it a little overwhelming, but we all made it

I am gratefully I could complete the TCC program and FY certification. The program is very exhaustive, reviewing all relevant aspects of FY (anatomy, interdependence, holistic lifestyle impact), and supporting all students with the set up of their business (practical marketing courses). I specifically enjoyed the sequence of each module: the movement study first, then the Q&A then the teaching session and finally the wrap up from Fumiko with additional information. This was very well done. A little bit more time before the Q&A would be useful.
The experts were very supportive, I noted their constant attention and care. It felt genuine and this is pretty rare.
Overall it was a very pleasant, interesting and efficient experience which I would highly recommend.

This company and their people are amazing! I signed up for the 5 day challenge, but was unable to take part in it because I caught one of the worst viral infections I've ever had (not COVID!) and literally coughed my way through every day and night. I won't go into all the detail of what happened step by step, but Auris was so, so incredibly helpful, understanding, empathetic and kind. She sent me such a lovely, kind and helpful email and immediately refunded a payment I'd made unintentionally. What an empathetic, professional, amazing organisation. I've had such a rubbish 3 weeks but their kindness and professionalism has totally brightened my day and highlighted the best in compassion and excellent customer service. Thank you so, so much. xxx
