The worst online scam so far! They’re quick to take the money out your account but that’s the end of the story!
I ordered a luxury serving set in Sept 2025, got a tracking number with Yun express however the package was never delivered, when tracking it showed a location hundreds of miles away from my address. No phone number to contact them and emails are not replied to! What a nightmare! Please if anyone has ordered from them, contact your bank asap and get your money back before it’s too late. After 120days it’s not possible to get it back as I just found out! Avoid at all cost!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered something on 16th December and I have still not received it a month later. I have send multiple emails regarding this order and I have had no reply.

Total scam. Spent £29.99 and never received anything. Order placed in September. I have sent multiple emails but nothing!!! I want a refund.

Delivery turned out to be a month! No replies to emails when chasing them. Now they are not replying to refund requests. They are a scam website

I ordered the luxury dining set for £29, and although my shipping address was correctly provided, the order was marked as delivered to that address. However, I never received the parcel.

I received a notification from Yun Couriers stating that the delivery had been completed, but no item was delivered to me. I contacted both companies
several times to ask what had happened to my order, but I have not received any response from either company.

This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially as I was looking forward to using the luxury dining set for our Christmas celebrations.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! SCAM. After 10 days of not receiving my parcel I had emailed several times to find out where this was and was ignored every time. My tracking number and order number that was emailed when I got my confirmation of my order was not valid.

I ordered the luxury dinning set for £29 and even though my shipping address was correctly stated, the order was delivered to Edinburg, Scotland.
All effort to contact them has proved abortive.
Checking online now, I realized a lot of people have also fallen into their scam trap.
Please never order anything from Facilemaison, they need to be reported and arrested too!!!

Thought i found a website that looked genuine but unfortunately i paid and never received my goods very disappointing to think people can take my money and not send goods

This is a scam.
Be careful, do not be tempted like me. I ordered a food warmer for £29.99. Message said that it’s been delivered ! But where? I waited the whole day and did not see anything ! They said they will resent it in 72hrs. And nothing happened. I asked for a refund… nothing happens over 2months now. They are not responding anymore.

SCAM WEBSITE!!!! Ordered a mirror on 4th September 2025. Order was “delivered” to an address over 100 miles away. Has a response to explain they were looking into the matter. Nothing since after I’ve emailed them 3 further times! Clearly a fake website!!

Never arrived

My paid for ordered and paid for item from you costing £29 on
20th September 2025 has still not been received by me. Please make the necessary attempt to either refund the payment or make the effort to let me be sent the item ordered..

Ordered the top quality pot set. Received tracking number which didn't work. Sent e-mail regarding tracking number was informed they would investigate. Heard nothing back sent further messages with no response. Surely there must be somewhere to report this scammer.

These scammed me they sent me a code ,and when I told them I didn't get the order ,they pretended to look for it ,I ordered a 48 piece set for £58 and didn't get anything its 6 months now and I found out they has so many bad reviews complete criminals taking people's money ,for fake parcels .

These people are scammers they rip people off stealing their money, I ordered a saucepan set and never received it I paid £29.99. Disgusting they can get away with this and people are still ordering their shit. Someone needs to get these people arrested. 😡😡😡😡

I am still awaiting the order of the luxurious dinner set which I paid£29.99 last month. The order did not arrive as advised via email. No one has responded to my request for refund. How can we report this company to agency, it's all a scam. They put the advert of the dinner set on YouTube, not sure how to report them

From all the reviews it seems like this company is not legit,so I won't waste my time making suggestions on how they can improve.

I ordered a mirror and did not receive it. No response to an email making enquires.

I placed an order on the 14th Sept. On the 15th Sept i recieved email confirming my order was on its way. I emailed them 29th Sept explaing j have not received my order. I paid my order through PayPal, which was $73.47 USD.

I have not received a reply back
