Since adopting Factorial, our HR team has been able to manage day-to-day administrative tasks much more efficiently. Having employee records, documents, and key HR processes in one place has reduced manual work and improved collaboration across the company. One of the features we appreciate the most is the document management system. Sending contracts, policies, and payroll documents is quick and secure, and employees can easily access everything whenever they need it. Overall, Factorial has simplified our HR operations while providing a much better experience for both managers and employees.

Managing leave permissions used to be a problem, but Factorial made it smooth, clear and straightforward. A special shout-out to Luca —his assistance with setting up permission hours and resolving the many doubts I had was fast and spot-on

Factorial's Absence Management module has made managing employee leave much easier for our team. Requests, approvals, and balances are all centralized in one place, giving both employees and managers complete visibility throughout the process.
The automation has reduced administrative work, eliminated unnecessary emails, and helped us manage absences more efficiently across the organization.

Factorial has been a great tool since the inception of our company - we started using it for interview process and it was excellent on all aspects from sourcing to interview phases and finishing with onboarding employees - we are also using the workflows automation heavily and it cut a great time in terms of onboarding / offboarding and ensured no steps are missed

- since then we also added many other modules inc agreements - time off tracking - employee documents repo - we recently also started using policies to ensure they are being read and acknowledged which helps a lot on legal compliance. Admin tickets is also a great module to track tickets without teh need to rely on an external tool which cut a lot of admin time and ensured faster response.

Factorial IT has completely changed the way we manage company devices and IT assets. Before using the platform, keeping track of laptops, monitors, and accessories was a manual process that often led to missing information. Now everything is centralized, making it much easier to know who is using each asset and its current status.

The platform is intuitive, reliable, and has significantly improved our internal organization while saving our IT team a considerable amount of time.

The level of features is so broad that in a single solution you can centralize most of the HR department's processes. It involves a challenge in adapting operations to the tool, but once done, the level of process optimization is very high and there is a very large increase in productivity.

It's very user friendly and they do improvements and new features very regularly, which demonstrates they know the needs of customers.
