Excellent experience
Excellent products and outstanding customer service! The team helped me make my design decisions and patiently explained the differences between the available shade options. Ordering was simple, and I received my shades in about a week. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the roller shades and drapes.

Wow- we had such a great experience with Factory Direct Shades! I ordered blackout shades, solar shades, and drapes, and the team was incredibly helpful in explaining the different options and guiding me through the entire ordering process. The turnaround time was excellent, and I was very impressed with the quality of everything I received. I highly recommend them for both their products and outstanding customer service!

I had a great experience with Factory Direct Shades. Their team made the entire ordering process easy and helped me choose the right design by clearly explaining the differences between the various types of shades. Customer service was extremely helpful, and my shades arrived in about a week. The quality of both the roller shades and drapes is excellent, and they look beautiful in my home. I highly recommend Factory Direct Shades!

Excellent Product and Service
We ordered a variety of shades and drapes (blackout and solar shades). Everyone was super helpful explaining the difference between the types of shades and helped us with our purchase every step of the way.
We were extremely pleased with the timing, quality, and service. The all around experience was seamless, affordable, and easy. Highly recommended!
