I purchased this for Christmas to play on Christmas Day so we had a little play the other evening and it’s great fun. I would definitely recommend it. A nice easy game that makes everyone laugh.

Brilliant company - great customer service!
2 games were bought as gifts for Christmas but unfortunately they were delivered by Royal Mail to the wrong address. I contacted customer services and Sophie was extremely helpful and immediately despatched replacements. Eventually the original parcel went back into the postal system and also arrived. Sophie then arranged a free return by a different carrier of the duplicate set. I would definitely recommend this company whose customer service is exemplary. I’m sure the games will bring a lot of enjoyment!

Bad customer service
I ordered two games of Encrypted, one for myself and one for my sister, based on the fact that it claimed to be “hilarious”.
Sadly, having played this game last weekend I am rather underwhelmed, and have contacted the company regarding returning my unopened game.
Despite reaching out to Factory of Games twice, I have had no response.
