They used Speedy Delivery Service and they couldn't find us even though we are on a main highway. They charged us as soon as it was ordered. We contacted them and they promised to get back to us in 24 to 48 hours. They didn't. We called a second time and got the same promise. Another call in to them and they said they needed a different address. We dont have a different address. So they said they need to cancel our order. They ended the call by hanging up on us. Pitiful customer service.

The switch that I ordered came promptly and then great condition and was exactly as described, I would not hesitate to place another order with Factory Pure when the time comes.

I ordered a vibe screed. It got here damaged. I requested a refund. It has been 10 days now and I have not seen a refund. I was told it would be refunded within 24 to 48 hours. It has been eight days since then.👎🏿

I ordered a pellet stove from factory pure. After waiting several weeks for delivery I called and was told it was on backorder. I wound up getting a lesser model for more money. After delivery and installation the pellet stove would not ignite and just gave an error code. Factory pure said they were sorry but I would have to deal with the manufacturer US stove company. US stove company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They sent a replacement control panel that wasn't even for the model I purchased. I have been dealing with this for 6 months now. I would like a refund. If factory pure is going to sell defective product's for another company they should accept responsibility as well. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Once they ship an item you are pretty much on your own. The company they used to ship to me is T-Force Freight and their communication is HORRIBLE and whoever sends out their e-mail doesn't know what their logistics side is doing. Factory Pure said I just need to deal with the shipper. T-Force Freight has a 1 Star rating on Trustpilot and this is who Factory Pure uses to be their delivery agent??? I would not buy from Factory Pure again because of how this was handled and I definitely wouldn't ship anything thru T-Force Freight. I wouldn't have placed this order thru Factory Pure had I known how much hassle it was going to be just to get what I paid for. Expected way more from a smaller family owned company. Still have not received my order. I should have just ordered from Amazon or direct from Parkit360. Live and learn.

Quite a coincidental occasion. The Vocic arrived three days prior to the wife falling out of bed. The fall was bad enough to call 911. Fortunately I was able to manuever the Vocic under her and with the press of a button, had her on her feet and into her recliner. It paid for itself with the first use. Like they say Ezzy Peezy. Great machine, easily maneuverable and does the lifting.

Received our generator without issue. The team checked in during the ordering and delivery process to make sure everything went smoothly. Would recommend ordering from Factory Pure.
