The cover arrived on time with all the hardware and instructions I needed to install it. It took about 90 minutes on a Saturday to install it by myself. Now my pool will be clean and leaf free throughout the winter and it looks 10x better than the tarp I used last winter.

Umarex komplete is now complete. I don't normally do reviews but in this case I had to. It shipped the same day and arrived early, nicely packaged and in foam. I've already filled the gun 2 times now and am very happy with the purchase. I didn't get the same kind of service for the tank purchase but it was not from you. I know if you keep doing business like this you'll do very well 👍

Very competitive price, fast shipping, links to very good install instructions! The Easy Start is a very nice product, my startup current draw was 88 amps and after 4 starts was 19 amps. The noise on startup was much less. Also Eugene with Factory Pure contacted me twice to ask if I was happy, great service!

Speedy delivery exactly what I expected the product to be and actually called. Make sure it wasn’t fraud because I had a ship to a different address than the billing address. I appreciate that.

Only bc it’s a hassle to clean it every time other than that pretty good and also the zippers feel cheap but still work.

Very disappointing delivery experience.
The delivery service was completely inadequate. During a snowstorm, the delivery team left our new stove in the middle of the driveway instead of placing it inside the garage, which we specifically requested to the delivery driver.
When we contacted the company to explain the situation, their response was essentially “not our problem,” stating that the delivery company only had to deliver curbside and that they had done what was expected of them. There was no concern for the condition of the appliance, the weather, or basic customer service.
If you’re expecting reasonable communication or flexibility with delivery—especially in bad weather—this company is not it.
