Item arrived on Friday. Accidentally sent out wrong item by mistake was initially very angry but upon a a phone call the day after they rectified the mistake by Monday.

Mistakes happen sometimes. They let me keep The item sent by mistaken and made sure the item

Very happy with my purchase through Factory Weights. I bought dual toaster racks which are perfect for my home gym. I did have an issue with some of the welding on one of the racks, but when I contacted Factory Weights about this, they resolved the issue quickly by sending me a replacement which arrived as expected and I’m very happy with the product.

DX delivery who sent the first package were about a week late on delivery and the box was damaged. They were much better on the second delivery. This does not change my view of Factory Weights as this was a courier issue. And I’d have still waited for the dual toaster racks as they are spot on

Ace equipment and ace customer service

Iv been wanting one of these for ages (not this exact one) but, couldn’t warrant spending over £200! After a wait I see this, couldn’t resist and it definitely hasn’t been disappointing. Love it! A great conversation starter.

Ordered 2x 5kg and 2x 10kg cast iron plates.
Arrived promptly and looked great.
Weighed them all and both 5kg plates were 4.9kg and the 10s were 9.95kg so I'm happy with that.

Had a recent issue with a pro flat bench, reported issues on day of delivery, Raymond initially replied then didn’t hear anything back. Andrew took over and I am glad to say this is now all sorted.

Bench is very solid bench for bench pressing and meets all ipf specifications in terms of size.

Happy now the issues have been resolved would use again.

Also purchased the rubber fractional plates a few months ago which are very high quality.

New customer to Factory Weights and have had a Wall Mounted Rack, Jammer Arms and a Straight Bar Cable Attachment off them so far.
The quality of everything received has been exceptional (bare in mind I've had items turn up with rust on them from other companies before, so always nervous about ordering from someone new). All items were very competitively priced. The Jammer Arms are particularly good value for money. Previously I paid almost triple for a set of Jammer Arms that left my uprights very scratched. These ones from Factory Weights are on rollers, so are much kinder on the uprights (and the wallet!).
Had one little issue with my order - received 2x right-hand handles with my Jammer Arms instead of a left and a right. This could be remedied by mounting one to the front side of the arm and the other to the rear side to get the orientation of the handles and the positioning of the weight horns aligned on both sides. However, I raised the issue with support anyway and received a prompt and proactive resolution from Raymond who send out a replacement handle.
All in all, highly recommend!

There were two nuts and washers missing and I managed to speak to someone on the phone without hassle an he was very helpful, got them sent out straight away in the next post 👌
