I was thrilled with basic plan until I got down to 1 credit and it said my plan was expired. I used the Add Credit option for $20 and it added 10 credits to my 1 remaining bringing it up to 11 when the basic plan was was only $10 so I expected it to add 20 or I would’ve just done the basic plan again. Worst of all, it’s still saying that my plan is expired so it doesn’t work. Also, the support link at bottom of the menu does nothing but get highlighted. If anyone has a suggestion or a link to help, I would greatly appreciate it. Hopefully, I will get this resolved because I think facy is great.

Overall excellent use of AI. Video translations appear smooth and realistic. Teeth are sometimes off. Would be best if they allowed 2-4 images to be uploaded to create a LORA or allowed for side profile for better movement. Overall would recommend!

Bulk swapping is a great feature. The newly introduced multi engine swap for a single photo is nice, but generally only one engine produces good results (would love to see further development on this!)

Their pricing model is fair and you can pay in crypto which is a plus.

Video swaps have worked decently well so far.

Their image upscale feature was GREAT, but it's been down for a few weeks now (bummer) -- Hope that comes back soon!

I'd love to see the ability to select how "strong" of a swap the AI will use. (I.e. how much it changes the structure of the target face to match the source face.)

Sometimes I've noticed the overall application of the source image to the target image can be a bit weak in some generations. (i.e. not changing the eye color or capturing a nose ring from the source, etc.)

The site is pretty easy when it comes to using it and the guidance not to mention there’s rarely any troubleshooting . Using it a few months and is been great

Quick and easy to use. Great results

Facy has great quality outputs, especially if you need ad creatives for marketing. I've used it a number of times and once you get the hang of it you realize its better than most alternatives out there.

Super easy to navigate and use. Facial recognition is good, but angles and expression tracking need further development. Things like eye and mouth movement are sometimes static on videos. The image generator is pretty realistic. Worth a try.

The site works well after you figure out which pics/videos match up best. The batch option is great as well, would like to have it go the other way so you can try many different pics in a batch compared to "target" pic, all in all one of the better ai swap sites
