Prompt Response and Resolution from Support

Richard promptly replied to my email regarding a refund request because I missed the auto renew. Without hesitation, Richard processed my refund. Fadr is a great company and I did not renew because my other projects don't give me time for music production. When my time becomes available, my first subscription will be Fadr.

Easy refund, great customer service

I had forgotten that I even had Fadr. So when I got the notice that my card had been charged I was very fearful that I might not be able to get a refund. To my pleasant surprise customer support at Fadr very promptly issued a full refund. Please understand that the reason I wanted a refund was because I didn’t have the time to use the product. I think it is a very good product and a very honest and responsive company. RB

Fadr has been an incredible tool for me…

Fadr has been an incredible tool for me as a musician, especially now that it integrates directly with the DAW. The stems feature works flawlessly and makes the creative process so much smoother. I definitely recommend other producers and artists to give it a try

Great customer service

Because of personal reasons i don't need a subscription for another year. Not that i don't want it but i'm 100% sure i will have no time to use it.

The periode i used Fadr.com it worked very good for the reasons that i needed it. i used it online but also in my DAW and it was always working fast and it did its work.
Last week i recieved a notification by mail that my subscription was renewed for an other year for $100, nothing wrong with that only if i know i won't beeing using is it's al lot of money not going to be used. So i sent a mail to customer service, within 1 day i got a respons that my subscription was ended and that the money will be refunded. No difficult question about why, pure trust and emphaty.

If you ask me that's how you need to treat other people and i really appreciate them for it.

Professional level tools

Hi, I use Fadr.AI more then a year, from May 2023. It was first AI I met. During the time I found more useful and nice quality services. What I am really looking for it is voice cloning and voice cleaning futures. I am sure they will be soon.

Quick action taken.

There was a mistake on a subscription that I activated for my son. I was billed $100 instead of $10. I contacted them immediately and on the same day they reversed the charge of $100. I was very impressed with their quick response to my problem.

Received refund, no questions asked 🙂

After subscribing to Plus, I found the tool, although very cool and does amazing things, it wasn't suitable for my workflow. I emailed to ask for a refund and they agreed, no questions asked. Having looked at other reviews it's a shame they didn't receive this same experience, perhaps they have fixed some internal issues and are now trying to do better.

Stop waisting customer time on the phone

When cx are on the phone booking in a repair with TCL is a Nightmare, Thet tell us they could be on the phone for many hrs going through trouble shooting and expecting them to do various time wasting time like IE; Fault is sound no picture and customer support is asking the customer to flash a torch onto the screen to determine if there is an image to determine if backlight is faulty or not and asking the customer too many stupid questions before booking in for repairs sorry to say.
