This is a Scam company set up to not carry out dbs checks. They get your details and say Dbs has been declined and refuse a refund. I am currently logging a fraud case to my bank and police.

This is one of the worst companies i have ever had the experience of interacting with. Email support says i need some document, chat support says another one, the website dashboard says I’m good another chat support says my company needs to submit a document.
Don’t do business with these guys if you care about your new hire’s experience.
Stunningly incompetent
Every. Single. Document. Had to be resubmitted over a series of emails to different personnel. I have zero trust that they actually handled my data with any care considering that they couldn't even keep track of what they did/didn't have.
Not to mention that it was an extremely long, drawn-out process of repeated email requests for things they already have, their UI is absolutely awful, and they have ridiculous restrictions on document submissions.

Awful service, it's something so simple, the mass of negative reviews says it all, if the company your trying to get verified to work with uses these guys it's a big red flag it's clearly because they are cheap because they are useless, just sort it out it's not an optional thing it has to work or you will go under and I'd be glad to see it with the frustration you've caused me this morning

First time I tried to connect it was a long wait then someone connected and said my photos were not correct and hung up on me. Still trying to reconnect back in and wait time is excessive. This was not a good experience, there was no support offered to try and resolve the issue together they just disconnected
