Waited ages for mushroom colour one to…
Waited ages for mushroom colour one to be in stock. Eventually after 2 months I ordered one. Than chased its delivery to be told it’s not being released because my pay Paypal payment not being released, I didn’t pay by Paypal. Than received a email saying they don’t have a mushroom colour one. So the whole episode was time consuming & wasted.
I have now ordered a ninja glass air fryer.

6 months after install the chillbox has…
6 months after install the chillbox has stopped working. Was promised a replacement 12 days ago but it’s not been dispatched yet. Takes days to get a reply to any messages chasing the replacement part. Genuinely wondering if this company is going under, the service is so bad.

Non-toxic Airfryer
The product is great but the temperature only goes up to 180c and no cookbook so no idea how to use it.
I’ve emailed them so far so response.
A trifle disappointed.

Not an entirely happy customer
I've had my Fahren UK Air-fryer for a week and a bit now. It arrived promptly after ordering and was well packed, so arrived in perfect condition. It's attractive and would fit well into any kitchen, and is light enough to lift in and out of a cupboard for storage.
Sadly I've only given 3 stars since the maximum cooking temperature available is 180°C. This means that dishes such as baked potatoes, which ideally need a higher temperature, take longer than one would like and fail to deliver the crisp skin one hopes for. I am curious to know why it was not possible to design the device to achieve higher temperatures, as this is a definite weakness. I also don't feel this is explained sufficiently in the information available on the web site, which claims that the "air fryer uses ultra-hot air" to cook the food. Claiming 180°C is "ultra hot" is a bit of a stretch, when ordinary ovens typically go up to 240°C!

Delivery of my item was safe and on time.The idea of a glass air fryer is for safety reasons ie non toxic however not sure if this is heavy duty due to me being carnivore as I cook in bulk and every day once or twice a day sometimes. I also use a lot of fat and ghee when cooking so wonder if this item will meet my needs. Any supportive response would be helpful thank you

Great customer service and the taps lovely
Had great communication with Fahren representatives after our tap got sent back by the postage company, they were really helpful and got a replacement to us as soon as possible. Whatsapp messaging that they respond to in good time all week. Thank you again :)

The Fahren 4-in-1 hot water tap is a great product with reliable performance and a stylish design. Delivery was fast, packaging secure, and installation went smoothly. It's a good alternative to pricier brands like Quooker. While the childproof hot water handle is slightly awkward to use, overall I'm pleased and would recommend Fahren UK.

I bought the mushroom coloured one
I bought the mushroom coloured one. It looks really nice. I have used for bang bang broccoli thy came out nice. I also brushed some oil on small samosas and thy were crunchy. So good all round. If you are looking for a small cute looking airfryer. This is a good bet imo.

Not really an airfryer
Not really an airfryer. It doesn't seem to cook evenly. Takes a lot longer to cook than regular airfryers and the temperature only goes up to 185 degrees. Definitely wouldn't recommend or buy again. Sent a message to customer service over a week ago and heard nothing.
