These images and videos are mine and I have given you no permission to use them. These are my products of my brand Maya's Curiosities.

I request these to be deleted with immediate effect. I have also emailed you.

Very upsetting! I ought to have read the reviews! Quality is terrible and the article does not even resemble the photograph. Tried desperately to send the article back. No reply and so I have now wasted £60 odd pounds on an article that I cannot bear and they seem to be refusing to answer any of my emails!

Should have read the reviews, fooled into buying, very long wait, no easy way to resolve issues, clothing rubbish. live and learn.

I had an email stating my parcel had arrived but no parcel ever turned up!! Do not buy from this company, absolutely disgusting!!!

Purchased from Faire.London with no mention of long shipping waits from China. Christmas gift still hasn’t arrived.

As everyone has said, the company is not what they say they are. Clothes looked nothing like the photos, terrible quality, no tags. I immediately passed them off to someone a I couldn't be bothered dealing with their customer service, and the sweater immediately fell apart at the seams within the first few hours.

Awful customer service and poor quality, heavily overpriced. You might as well buy from Temu, Aliexpress etc. at least there you know the price reflects the poor quality. I got fooled into buying a little drum for my daughter from them. Totally different than the pictures. The delivery took ages (no surprise in a way as it comes all the way from China), the quality is poor and once I got in contact about this, I just got flooded with fake positivity and offers to get a partial refund etc. Also guilt-tripping about the environmental impact if I were to return the product lol total gaslighting as they don’t care about their customers nor any environmental impact. Avoid buying!

Do not buy anything from the company. I have had the same experience as the other reviewers. I thought I had ordered a cosi knit jumper but I received a long sleeved polyester T shirt. It’s also impossible to get a refund. Really poor.

Dishonest, terrible company.
This is a chinese company. When they sent the clothes they are so low quality, they can be more than £1 each. They even come without any labels. I asked for a return 5 minutes after receving the clothes on 17th October. After several emails were I was offered discounts to buy more clothes from them, finally agreed to refund me if I sent the clothes to China. I sent the clothes inmediately but I am still waiting for a refund. Never buy anything from this company

I am very disappointed on the honesty of this service.

First , the website does not display/state the items are delivering from China. I thought it was locally sourced and available. Instead, after getting the tracking record from ApplePay I discovered these items origin.

Second, the fact that I have to borne the return cost back to China, and short timeframe are unfair. In the return policy on the website, it does not state the return to China which costs quite a lot with the tracking and via air mail.

Third, they just asked me if I paid for the custom fee. I used Royal Mail for a return items and paid what I was advised. It seems this company is very shoddy.

Never buy from here!! I was caught out by an instagram ad - saying they were holding a closing down sale at 80% off. Have since seen the same items advertised on multiple different branded websites - same clothes under different brand. The clothes are awful quality, and even though the site says 30 day returns policy, it's a farce. You have 14 days from delivery - BUT it takes ages to finally get them to agree to send you a return form and return address, and by the time you have posted them back to China, the 14 days window is well and truly up (mine was held at customs) - so no clothes and no money back! Awful experience.

They use photos that in no way resemble the (very poor quality) items you receive. I bought two jumpers for £69.90 and thought they were of Norwegian knit design. No returns label, a bot response to my first three(!) emails asking for returns details. Finally received returns form and address (in China) after 5 attempts and then too they expect you to foot the cost of return. This is against UK consumer law. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Scammers...

Much like the other reviews it's a scam.

Saw an advert on Instagram claiming to be a single mum sadly closing her business, ordered some cashmere jumpers in the sale, came and two didn't have labels, one did and showed synthetic, the others clearly were too.

You have to ship back to China but even to do that it's a battle, one of the items was faulty with the seam torn and I'm getting nowhere with the refund.

They go by different names too Clare London, Lumin Leeds, Velour London although the latter seems to now have been shut down.

I, like others, am also trying to get a refund from my credit card company.

I actually tried to cancel the order before it got shipped but to no avail.

Avoid!!!

I got this turtleneck jumper for my wife and it arrived earlier than expected. And the quality is so great! I will definitely ask my friends to check this shop and order for their girlfriends! 5 star recommended

This company is a total scam. It’s one of those ones that isn’t really a company in the UK despite claiming to be in the name, advertises on instagram but ships from china. If you look for an “about us” you can’t find one! They claim they’re selling expensive products at heavy discount but actually the products are total trash - very cheaply made, poor quality and absolutely stink of chemicals. This is so much the case I won’t even put them on my skin

The item that came is nothing like what was pictured and it’s designed to be misleading; for example the elbow pads on a jumper aren’t actually elbow pads at all they are just printed on the fabric. And yeah returns are to china.

Totally dishonest, I believe this company is fake. The keep saying they’ve dispatched goods but provide no tracking, it is impossible to call them and since I ordered I’ve been inundated with junk calls, they have probably sold my data too. One month and counting, no refund. No surprise there.

UPDATE: having kicked up a stink, out of nowhere a parcel arrives - what it contains bears ZERO resemblance to the items ordered. Instead, there are 3 of the cheapest substandard rayon sweaters with no paperwork whatsoever - no return details nothing. So you make a fuss, they send something, anything to make it appear as though they are above board. Not so -I have never seen such tat.

As others have already said this site is a total shambles. I have a picture of the promised vs shipped item. Dreadful quality, finishing and material and colours bear no resemblance to the original photos.

Also the returns page state you have to return to China which is of course throwing good money after bad.

This is fraud and I have raised with my bank for a refund but Section 75 only applies for £100 and above.

After a very long wait, item arrived and looks nothing like the picture. Cheap, awful, thin cardigan and different colours (they saved on the red by using orange, changing the look of the item completely). Don't waste your money. Stay away.

Total Scam!! Clothes are made in China - material is not as described (cashmere jumper actually is made of polyester, acrylic and nylon). Doesn’t even have a brand label and is made and shipped from China.
