Excellent and responsive customer service in replacing a faulty product.

I ordered a pair of swim trunks and noticed a tear in the seam the first time I wore them. The swim trunks fit and looked great so I reached out to report the issue and see if they could be replaced with another pair. The customer service rep who followed up was Saniyyah. She was super helpful and quick to respond. Overall she made the entire process super easy. In less than 1 week I had a new pair and am very happy with them.

Customer service did respond to emails which is why more than one star, but the experience was awful, which is why only two stars. I asked about an order I’d placed that hadn’t yet shipped and the reply contained portions that were all caps and bolded which felt emotional and confrontational for a business. I then requested a cancellation because as the items hadn’t shipped, I wouldn’t receive them in time and was told the order could not be cancelled. Again the reply email was lengthy and defensive. I would pay to not have to deal with this sort of customer service. Edit: For context I ordered on May 6, and my order was updated today, May 12, with an arrival date of May 28.

Amazing company! I ordered the horizon 5 pocket pant in black and i absolutely loved them & planned to order more. After a few wears I noticed a small tear. I wasn’t sure if it was from something I did or from the wash, but it was not normal. In any event, I emailed customer service a few photos and with in minutes they responded and sent me a brand new pair! Saniyyah was my rep and she was very helpful…

This was my second Fair Harbor purchase; unfortunately, the second order was lost in transit. After I reached out, Fair Harbor responded immediately and quickly re-shipped my order overnight. I really appreciate their prompt response and excellent customer service in resolving the issue.

I recently reached out to customer service with a request regarding the return policy. I was very impressed with the fast turnaround time and the understanding and flexibility shown to accommodate a unique situation.

The quality of Fair Harbor clothes are all high quality, stylish, and true to fit.

I’ve got a few of the Saltaire Hoodies in different colors (love olive and navy), a black Saltaire crewneck, and a Saltaire t shirt and I’m obsessed with them all. They’re perfect — not too hot, not too warm, a nice mid weight.

I’ve also got two pairs of their Bayberry Swim Trunk and now I don’t wear any other brand of swim trunks. The lining is soft but not flimsy (helps prevent chaffing too if you’re adventuring around the beach), the quality of the trunk is tough and stretchy and durable, and the designs are mostly trendy and not too over-the-top.

My wife loves the fit and the look. Helps me look like a cool dad 😎

I absolutely love my new Fair Harbor Seersucker Bayberry swimsuit. It’s incredibly comfortable and fits great, making me feel confident and look my best. As an active guy in my 50s, it’s refreshing to find a swimsuit that combines style, comfort, and quality so well. Thank you!

It was my first purchase from Fair Harbor including a waffle knit thermal, flannel shirt and chore coat. All fit nicely, feel comfortable and of nice quality. I am happy to add them to my wardrobe.

Purchased the Montauk jacket. The fit and feel is perfect. Somehow I'm warmed but still cool inside it. The flannel is soft but the exterior is nice and tough while still very presentable. It's everything I was hoping for and I'm excited to wear it for years into the future.

Real color is somewhere between faded black/gray/navy. Easily matches most outfits.

Only gripe is no interior pockets. Bit of a bummer but so it goes.

180lbs, 5'9'', athletic-ish build. Medium was perfect. Matches other fair harbor stuff I've gotten. For reference, I wear large in tops from other athleisure type brands.

Overall this is another great product by Fair Harbor. I continue to love their quality, morals, and comfort. Looking forward to my next purchase!

I had an issue with an item so I emailed customer service. They replied right away and offered a replacement or gift card. They then ordered a replacement right away! The customer service was exceptional!

I recently had an order delivery refused due to insufficient address. A resolution, handles by Saniyyah in their customer experience team, was so quick. Can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was.

I bought my son a bathing suit and a crew neck sweatshirt from fair harbor. The fit and the quality of both products are great. The customer service is outstanding. Responsive and kind. It’s obvious they value their customers.

Good quality but poor customer service. I had items in my cart and, as i have had happened before with stores that use Shop for their logistics, the order was pushed through without my consent. Unfortunately, this time I didn’t know. I went back in only a few minutes later & put in the order. When I saw 2 emails I contacted Fair Harbor immediately & explained what happened. Since the orders were no more then 15 mins apart it was obvious what happened. They said they would take care of it even though the items said no return. They have been radio silent since and I can’t return the 4 items. I would have given them a 1 but the quality of the items I have purchased before are good. Their policies and customer service are a “1”.

Finally, a flannel shirt that doesn’t hurt my eyes! Those garish plaids are not my style (thus not my husband’s =) so these shirts are a great solution.

I am huge fan of Fair Harbor. All of the product is great and has sustainability at its heart.
The swim trunks are comfortable, the liner is best in class and I will keep buying & recommending them.

I purchased the Corliss shorts. These are the best shorts for running and other activities! The shorts have built in pockets in the biker-short liner that are large enough for a cell phone. Best Shorts ever!
