This is so awesome that I almost used it to block securely

Fairness I is really bad. They don't deserve even one star. I ordered items worth £190 and I didn't receive any of the items. After a very poor communication battle with them, they agreed to resend but I only received £60 worth of what I ordered as the told me they were out of stock. But up to this day I have yet to receive the rest of the items. All my emails were not responded and no refund was issued either.
Very poor communication and poor service in every way. It doesn't even deserve a star but I had to give it one before I can write the review.

Zero stars. Ordered from this website on 28 January 20 and got a confirmation email. No dispatch notification after a week so emailed asking when I should expect my items. No response. Emailed again, no response, tried for a third time asking for a refund. Yup - no response and no goods. AVOID!!

0 stars!!!!! I had used this company in the past with no issues. So I placed an order in Dec 2019 and the wrong product was sent out. Products were returned and they said they would send the correct products out. Its been over 3 months since my order and now they seem to be ignoring my e-mails. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common theme. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Giving it a 1 because 0 is no option! Don’t ever order from them, they are such a scam. I ordered from them and they told me my package had been shipped. The shipping line told me this wasn’t true. I went back to them and they told me to wait another couple of days, if I don’t receive it they would send me a new one. Days flew by and still nothing. So I contacted them and they send me a new tracking nr, one which was going to Brasil!! Mind you: Brasil while the address on my order specifically said UK. I contacted them and they lied and said they will send the matter to the customer service in order for me to get my money back. LIES!!! Never heard from them again. Tried contacting them after and they ignored the messages. Pleas stay away from them, they aren’t a legit business. Still haven’t heard a word from them, nor have I received my refund. Complete SCAM

This website took my money and they never sent me the products.. trashy people and trashy company. Never buy from them , they are scammers. 😡

Never received my order, this is daylight robbery! Never order from this site!

I placed an order on 24th December 2019 and they took my money but I received nothing. I tried to contact them through email and online chat but the customer services is the worst I have encountered. Their standard reply was "It will be with you in a couple of days". I eventually had to give up on the order so beware. Once they have your money they don't care whether they send you the goods or not. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Awful service. I placed an order with FairnessCo just before Christmas. They sent the wrong item and another item didn't arrive at all. I have given them plenty of chances to rectify the order. They only respond with "it's with the order processing team". It's been over a month now and they still have not resolved this issue. And with complaints that people aren't receiving anything at all it makes me wonder if they are still trading. What an awful experience i certainly won't be dealing with them any more.

Placed an order on 31st December, had it acknowledged and then informed it was despatched Royal Mail but tracking was not registered when I checked for delivery. I've emailed several times and asked for a refund but nothing from them. Would not use them!

Have used before and they were fine. Ordered in Dec-19 and after 10 emails chasing and being advised shipment was on its way, no more replies and website seems to be down. Think the company has folded.

I need zero stars for this. you cant contact them on email or call is madness . took payment from my account from 15/01/2020 and still haven't received my item. The only way to reach them is through online chat and believe me you will waste your TIME

Wish I could give a zero review. Think this company are con artists. Ordered from them on 7 January and several failed attempts at contact have still not delivered my items, Now ignoring any method to contact them, but they have taken my payment. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I notice that the reviews put on over the past 3 days are all 5 star. A bit fishy I think. I will be making a formal complaint. Don’t throw your money away.

Amazing products, used it for the first time yesterday and couldnt believe the dirt it picked up off my face. Definitely recommend it for everyone! And worth the money as well.

Amazing ! I bought skin care from website and am forever counting down the days until I can use it again on my skin! My complexion is so much more even, you are able to physically see what comes out of your pores you know its working for sure !

Stay away!!! Awful, very unprofessional customer service. Lack of respect for customers and this needs to be taken further! They are crooks! They don't answer phones or emails and they will make false attempts to resolve the issue but it's only a ploy to get rid of you. Be warned! Stay away!!!

I wish I read the reviews Before making order. VERY BAD COMPANY PRODUCTS ARE NOT ORIGINAL AT ALL. Since I have made my order on the 6th January 2020 until now nothing my cream FRANÇOISE BEDON was supposed to come from France but I’m surprised on Royal Mail tracker it’s says that my product just left the overseas ( Brazil) FAKE FAKE FAKE I just asked a full refund of my money . The should close down this website

I wish I checked the review it’s so unbelievable I had to pay for the next day delivery and it’s been four days no response they don’t pick the calls and don’t reply the emails. Scammer scammer scammer. I will never order fro you again very stupid thieves. I wonder how u tend to keep stealing from people
