The worst phone I've had. Customer service delays replying to problems so return date passes. Then when chased say they have to ask murena. Then later still that they need more details. 4 months in and the phone is still only any use for calls and texts. And that's only if indoors as the screen is useless outside. Absolute waste of money.

In response to Fairphones reply: read the complaint! I've wasted an unbelievably long time trying to deal with your "support".

Now May 10th. Still no answers. Emails are totally ignored. This is one company that deserves to close down.

The reason I had to purchase a new Fairphone was because my Fairphone 3 was getting outdated and my mobile operator was going to block it for being outdated and not being able to call 911. They said so only a few days before which gave me great stress. Since I loved my Fairphone, I chose them again and I'm grateful for the fast delivery which was very helpful in this case. And of course I love my new phone.

Everything in order, quick secure delivery

So far so great. I'm a casual phone user for browsing, utility apps, social media & taking 'snaps' rather than a professional photographer. Coming from a 4 year old Google pixel 6 to this phone and the transition has been effortless really. All that but with the knowledge that this phone should last me for hopefully a decade, is from a B Corp and is recycled and recyclable is honestly so brilliant. Totally worth the price in my opinion.

I also bought and like the the finger loop on the back, the screen protector, and the case. Love the colour green too!

I don't like paying VAT twice and then tariffs entering Norway. You should be able to collect all at ordering.

I have my phone for 7 month and it works perfectly.

The product is defective. The customer support was not responsive. This product is meant to be under warranty.

EDIT: they did get back to me, they resolved my problem shortly after the initial contact. It was unfortunate to have the defective item but it was good to have the company's support.

I ordered a FP3 display and fairbuds.
Generally ok delivery, but the display has been out of stock a long time. For a company that has a sustainability focus (use phone many years, spare parts) that is unfortunate.
The video with instructions how to replace the display was very helpful. It did not mention though that the new display has a protective plastic thing that must be removed. I almost broke the phone. Please consider that some customers are not too technic-smart!
Apart from that, all fine. Delivery fast after I placed the order.

Ordering the phone was easy, very straightforward on a functional website. Getting it started was a little more tricky, I found it impossible to transfer apps and data via cable between my old Samsung S20 and the Fairphone. I ended up using Google sync to do as much as possible, and reinstalling apps manually.
In terms of its functioning, it's generally ok. But ok is not really the word you want to use for a 600€ phone (happily I got the Fairbuds thrown in for free too, but given that the person on the other end can barely hear me -'tinny'- it's not a big plus).
It turns itself off about twice a day as the volume button seems to get stuck, eventually overloading the system.
Then, at different points the screen seems to stop responding, or does so very temperamentally. Blocking and unlocking the screen again seems to sort it, but it's annoying.
Phone photo colours seem a bit off, dull.
Overall I'm pleased to have an environmentally and socially responsible phone, and hope it lasts a long time. But I'm not sure I'd recommend it to people who weren't really convinced by those principles.

The delivery was pretty straight-forward.

UPS are a bit dismal as delivery service. Could not deliver to assigned location, so had to finally deliver to my home.

Bought a Fairphone 6 with /e/OS. Delivery was fast and the phone works great.

The basic functionality of the web store is very good, it is easy and convenient to use. I would like to see a more detailed technical description of the accessories. But overall, the purchase process and payment options are great. :) I have more of a quality complaint about a product, but that is a different issue.

I received the new USBC contact (and screwdriver) after three days. Easy to replace the old water damaged contact and the mobile could be charged again!
