Stop staying silent you have rights
Do not believe FairShake when they post online when asked a question if one's can sue Amazon. FairShake states in response "you must ask permission before filing a lawsuit." Totally untrue, American citizens has federal constitutional right to litigate anyone they wish. FairShake, stop misleading the public; and, FairShake if you all were a reliable online presence then be honest with the public, and stop puffing like you're response is law because it is not law, it humbugging others to stay away from their relief. USA has a federal constitution to protect its citizens, people died and many injured making sure that constitution stayed active; and for ones at FairShake to misleading others is just none sense stupidity. It's people like FairShake that makes the entire world unfair society because they hide from truths.
Titan Solar Scam
I was approached with an offer from Titan Solar with an offer to purchase a system that would offset my utility bill. Upon agreeing to the contract and after installation, I noticed the system was not upholding the deal that I agreed upon as I still had a hefty utility bill after installation of the solar panels. I made the salesperson aware of this issue and he stated via text message, "I was just informed that towards the end of the year Walton EMC and the whole state of Georgia changed the way they buy back solar due to some kind of laws/polices which we have no control over." This means he thought he sold me a service that would support my house, but due to his lack of knowledge with Georgia laws/policies I am being held responsible to pay the loan for the solar panels in addition to the excess utility bill because the system does not generate enough power to offset my bill as it was explained to me prior to installation. I have been trying to get this issue rectified for year, but Titan Solar refuses to return calls. I am in the process of seeking legal representation.
Don’t get chime
I have an account with chime for five years and no issues.but on march 29th I was send a email my account was closed and my money I have in there it’s not refundable every time I try to talk to somebody customer service nobody knows nothing
GOODBYE CHIME😊😊😊
I’ve been dealing with Chime for a few years now and I’ve never had a problem with money being deducted from my account with my cards are on lock. Today is the first time that my direct deposit was put to my account but it didn’t show it on the app the only reason I knew the direct deposit had come through was because of the email that they sent you to let you know when I went on the app and Chime did not post, my direct deposit and they were letting transactions go through on my card with my card lot. They said the reason for that was because they were subscriptions. Three of them were canceled subscriptions that they now show it a pending mode. To make a long story short, you need to watch your child account because Chime is taking your money and letting companies get your money off your card. The reason I started locking my card because somebody tried to pull $1000 off of my card for customer service have a problem, as far as I concerned understanding English, you have to repeat yourself to them three and four times telling them the same thing they still don’t understand what you’re talking about so as of today, I have taken both of my direct deposits off of Chime and I will be cutting up my chime cards and chime could kiss my ass

great service
I had a few very small claims with them against Optimum back in 2020-2021, it all worked out perfectly. Today I tried to put in another claim and I can't even log in. They may be swamped with claims. My claim went in outside of my account and has been put on a waitlist. It used to be easier.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. This company acts like they are going to help you and they don’t. I have been waiting months on a “settlement” that I agreed to and I have not received it. I keep getting the same emails and text messages asking for the same thing even though I already submitted what they asked for. I can’t talk to a real person. I sent an email on October 17, 2023 and they wrote me back November 1, 2023.

This is such crap
This is such crap. I have a rock solid case against Stub Hub. Followed their process mailing form from their website to San Francisco office, returned to sender, they closed that office last year. Guess what, they still have same address and process to dispute on site. This site said can’t help. I assume in bed with these corrupt companies.
Fair Shake your killing it for us little guys, thank you so much!!

If you're reading this listen up
If you're reading this listen up! Fair Shake is a COMPLETE scam. Please run away! They will have some legitimate SOUNDING person calling to offer you a $ettlement. Then after you agree to accept it they will tell you before you can get the check in the mail you have to pay their percentage up front. Don't do it. You will never receive that check in the mail 30 days or even 60 days later. It's a scam. They take your money and ghost 👻 you. They will even offer you to pay $1 dollar up front and tell you they will bill the remainder 30 days later promising you'll even have your check by then. Don't even give them the DOLLAR. Yes they are that vicious. You'll never receive the check and even worse they will attempt to charge you the remainder 30 days later and if the funds are insufficient they will still keep attempting. Fortunately I used a card that I never load money to. I just so happened to have a couple dollars left on it to cover the $1 upfront. Let me be your example so you don't make the same dumb move. I already made the mistake for you. Run 🏃♂️ the other way from these SCAMMERS.!

My mother who was in her 90’s had the ADT security system, was tricked by the salesman, by telling her it was going to be cheaper. It was $10 dollars a month higher. When she passed away. The family had to pay off the account and buy the equipment. Now they still won’t close the account.

Subject: Complaint against Fairshake - Poor Communication and Inadequate Support
Dear Fairshake Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service provided by Fairshake. As a victim of identity theft, I sought assistance in resolving a credit report violation related to an unauthorized account opened with the Affirm credit card. Unfortunately, my experience with Fairshake has been nothing short of disappointing.
Firstly, the contact process has been highly ineffective. Your phone number proved to be non-functional, leaving me with no choice but to submit an email. Regrettably, it took your team nearly a week to respond to my inquiry. This delay not only caused unnecessary anxiety but also undermined my confidence in the level of support I would receive from Fairshake.
Moreover, the responses I received lacked clarity and demonstrated a lack of understanding regarding the matter at hand. It became evident that the individuals who replied to my emails were ill-informed and unfamiliar with the intricacies of credit report violations. I explicitly requested to speak with an attorney specializing in this area, but my request was completely disregarded. It is disheartening to invest time and effort into a process that ultimately leads to unhelpful and inadequate responses.
I must admit that my initial expectations were based on a referral from a trusted friend. However, my experience thus far has been nothing short of a joke. The lack of professionalism and competence displayed by Fairshake has left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned.
As a victim of identity theft, I entrusted Fairshake to provide the necessary guidance and support to rectify the fraudulent account opened in my name. Instead, I was met with a disorganized and unhelpful system, leaving me to question the credibility and reliability of Fairshake's services.
I strongly urge Fairshake to reevaluate its customer service practices, improve communication channels, and ensure that its representatives possess the knowledge and expertise required to assist individuals in resolving credit report violations. As a consumer seeking resolution and justice, I deserve better treatment and support.
I hope that Fairshake takes this complaint seriously and takes immediate action to rectify the issues highlighted. I implore you to address these concerns promptly, as they are indicative of a service that falls far below acceptable standards.
I look forward to receiving a satisfactory resolution to my complaint and a more positive experience moving forward. Failure to address these concerns adequately will leave me with no choice but to explore alternative avenues for seeking the assistance I require.
Yours sincerely,
