Very impressed! I was nervous as I had never downloaded any software before but FairSoftware's website was really clear and informative about the product and the process. I have already recommended this product to a friend. Very good value for money as well.

My old Office 2019 Professional plus stopped functioning (bought off eBay last year) and then kept saying it was unlicensed. Whoops! So thought time to purchase new one from a proper company. Found FairSoftware online and they seemed a good company so ordered online for £24.95. Product ID sent to me by return. Fifteen minutes later I was using the software just like if I had ordered it from Microsoft.

Very Good source of genuine windows 10 pro... I am very pleased with service from that company.

Slightly concerned by some of the negative comments but given the highly competitive price thought it was worth a go. It was by far the easiest software download I have ever done. I was using the software 15mins after purchase! Top tip is make sure you have a Microsoft Acount and are logged in before purchase and starting download. This seemed to make it more streamlined. Also make sure you record the Software key as soon as it is presented.

Paid for the software, downloaded without delays and installed without issues. Activated and ran first time. Faultless really. I know these purchases can be a bit of a lottery but I found it all to be very straightforward. Will use again for sure if I need to.

I placed an order with this firm. I had to communicate with them due to a problem at my end, they replied very quickly and in a way that benefitted me. I was most impressed with their solution to my problem and I will be using them again.

All fine but had to delete previous version of Office before new one would install. No mention of this in instructions

I followed the instructions and after entering the 5 by 5 serial number it immediately appeared to go to the website but all that happened was I got the 'revolving dots' waiting or working symbol. I allowed this to run for 30 minutes but nothing happened. I tried going in again but it said the code had been redeemed.
I have not had the product I was promised and therefore have requested my money to be returned, but yet to hear back
