I did not accept bc honestly a company that calls you 5 times a day everyday waiting to give you money...little desperate and obviously if its that simple to get it your getting ripped off big time in the end...

Honestly such a great group of ppl. Very helpful and kind. It’s the most straightforward and simple process. Getting the loan is quick and if you need to clear the loan there is no added costs, just make the payment. Everyone is always so helpful. So thank you so much 😊

What made my experience with Fairstone was the helpful staff who went out of their way to make it a very pleasant and wonderful experience.
They were polite and courteous and made getting the Loan an enjoyable experience.
They are a great way to access funds when you need it.
As much as that is being said it is not something that I would do all the time.

The people working at this company are very kind and understanding. They were patient with my poor English.

well I feel personally you take advantage of people in need of help. yes you might give loans to help people needing money. however the high interest you charge is criminal. the amount of money to be paid back from small loan is immensely higher because of the high interest. it took me years longer to pay it back than expected. I paid way more than any person should have to pay back. I personally will never borrow or take in a loan from this company a
or any other of these vulture companies praying on the less fortunate.

Never trust salespeople who promote this company. I signed up for a 6-month no-interest plan, but not only was I charged multiple times, after the 6 months ended I was suddenly charged $218 in interest because of an $859 remaining balance.

When I contacted customer support, they showed me the contract where, somewhere in a small clause, there is a section that gives them the right to do this. I’m sure what they did is legally backed, but unfortunately the whole system seems designed in a way that ensures you end up being charged.

At the very least, they could require their partner retailers to clearly explain these terms to customers — but they don’t.

I had a terrible experience and I will never apply for a loan with Fairstone again under any circumstances.

The initial process was easy. I was told I was a “medium risk” through the online process. They could not share valid insight on the reason. This made me identify them as a “potential risk”. The person from the branch was indeed friendly. Their location is out of my way and I am concerned about the upcoming unfavourable details in regards to payments/interest. They asked me to visit I have now lost interest.

They are not truthful to their customers

Horrible company, the charge way to much interest. Do not borrow from them. Biggest mistake I made.

I had a very disappointing experience with Fairstone. A payment that was supposed to be deposited to my account was sent to a different account number by mistake. This error caused me significant inconvenience and unnecessary stress.

I had to spend considerable time following up to clarify and correct the issue. Financial transactions require accuracy and responsibility, and such mistakes should not happen.

I hope Fairstone improves their internal verification process to prevent similar issues for other customers.
