Within five working days, our specialists write up an individual offer for every piece — what it is, what comparable items have recently sold for, and the reasoning behind the price. You can accept or decline each item separately; nothing is bundled into a single take-it-or-leave-it offer. If you accept, we pay by bank transfer within 72 hours. Anything you decline is returned free of charge, in the same insured packaging. We are not a generalist buyer.
