I can’t give them a 5 star because I had to give them an extension to the December 26th, 2025 pick up date and even with giving them an extension to January 16th, 2026 the pick up was still late. The first carrier they found wasn’t just rude, but the driver for the first carrier didn’t even have an authorization to work in the United States! That still gives me the chills just thinking about it. Because, if my car would have went with the first carrier they found and if anything would’ve happened like the driver being pulled over, or had there been an accident. The insurance company wouldn’t of had to pay for any damages, because the first carrier’s driver didn’t have an authorization to work in the United States! Or if they would’ve been pulled over my car could’ve been impounded right along with the first carrier’s truck while the driver could’ve been turned over to ICE! And my former neighbor originally thought that I was just being too picky when I told him to check identification & documentation before releasing the keys to my car to anyone. He shut right on up when I called him and asked for him to put the driver on the phone with me. I shook the driver up so bad in my line of questioning that my former neighbor had to chase him down to get his phone back from the fella’. Because, that driver ended up hopping into their vehicle and taking off without picking up the car. That first carrier ended up canceling the load. Which is probably a good thing, because I didn’t feel good about them. So, a few days later Zack found another carrier for my car. One that did cost less than the first carrier, but it still wasn’t no $650.00, as originally quoted back in December. But this other driver did manage to deliver my car on January 24th, 2026. That driver originally was shooting for a delivery on January 23rd between 10-11pm at night. I am kinda’ happy that it ended up being Saturday morning instead of late Friday night. And I realize that the holiday season makes for a very messed up time of year to be doing a major move across the United States, and any extensions on time I actually had to get the buyers of my property’s approval on, because I no longer owned the property that my car was at in Milwaukee. And the buyer’s were basically house flippers who needed access to the driveway to empty a dumpster and to bring in another dumpster, plus do renovation work themselves. This is why I would have appreciated even an email update every few days as to when Zack would’ve found a carrier to pick up my car. Because, my car kept having to get moved by my former neighbor who also had hurt himself helping me move. So, I was getting a lot of grief from other interested parties that needed my vehicle picked up. Because, you can no longer park on the city streets in Milwaukee without a parking permit, and I couldn’t get one for my car because it’s not licensed for Wisconsin. So, it’s never a good thing when you don’t have concrete information to pass along to other people who need my car relocated so that they can tackle their projects. Would I recommend Zack again. I most certainly would recommend Zack of Fairways Logistics, and I most certainly hope that this honest review is received well. Because, we all know that communication is key. Don’t make promises you can’t keep. But definitely with knowing how many foreigners are commercial drivers in America now, it may be best standard practice to not just checking their business licenses and insurance documentation, but now it looks like checking to make sure that the driver’s are legal to work in the United States.

They found a driver for me within two days at the promised price, with no surprises. Everything went smoothly from pickup to delivery. I would definitely use them again to ship my car back.
