I cannot say enough incredible things about Fairway Logistics and, most especially, Lucca. After our vehicle was stolen in Texas and later recovered in Montana over 1,200 miles away—we were overwhelmed, stressed, and unsure how we were going to get it home.
From the very first conversation, Lucca went above and beyond in every possible way. He worked tirelessly to negotiate a fair and reasonable transport rate, advocating for us as if this were his own situation. But what truly set him apart was his compassion and genuine care. During a time when emotions were high and the situation felt unbearable, Lucca made sure I didn’t feel alone or completely overwhelmed. He kept communication clear, consistent, and reassuring, which made an incredibly difficult experience manageable.

Frank Miller from Fairway Logistics quoted me $500 to ship my car from CA to TX. I paid the deposit and waited a week just for him to tell me on the pickup date that he couldn’t secure a transport. I waited another week just for him to tell me he could only secure a transport for $1125. I told him to cancel the order and refund my money. He tried to scare me into not contacting my bank to force a refund and also tried to tell me the company policy was no refunds even though the term and agreements on their own invoice stipulated otherwise. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

UPDATE: Frank Miller reached out apologizing for the unprofessionalism and asked me to remove this review, and he would then refund me the deposit. What happened after that? Nothing. He sent me a sob story about the $175 impacting his family and three children.

Bottom line, Fairway Logistics has manipulative agents who will lie to you and give you sob stories.

Abby and team looked after me throughout the process for my first cross country car shipment. They were very thorough with communications (at times over communicated) but were prompt and reliable. I would use Fairways again to transport other vehicles within the US.

I can’t thank Ben enough for his time and patience. After attempting to ship my car with a different company and them doing a no show last minute Ben was able to help with getting the truck on the next shipment a day later and receive the car on the day we needed it by. Thank you for turning an awful experience into a good experience. Ben kept his phone by him at all hours of the day making sure to let us know he was going to be available anytime throughout the process (and he was). I highly recommend using fairway logistics!! They are reliable and no hidden fees!!

I just had my 1st need to have a car shipped. I found myself dealing with Fairways out of about 15 different companies. I had the pleasure of dealing with a agent DANIEL BRIAN and he turned out to be heaven sent ! He took my needs & special conditions into consideration & made it happen. I had many concerns because I didn't know anything about this but DANIEL BRIAN comforted me & assured me that everything would be OK. On the date that we agreed on,just like he said,smooth sailing ! I had everything on the truck/drivers info ,phone # ...EVERYTHING! If I ever need anything shipped I now know where to go & exactly WHO to call. Thanks DANIEL BRIAN & FAIRWAYS.

Staff was very helpful. Mike did a great job communicating with me thoughout the transport of the vehicle. Driver was very personable and driver’s staff also kept us informed of timing and location of pickup.

Remi helped me transport my 1990 ferrari terra rossa and porche 911 GT3 and I was initially anxious about the transport as it was from California to New York but it was exceptional. I will be using this service again as I am extremely satisfied and happy. Remi provided excellent customer service and kept me in the loop throughout.

They were respectful, set a good time frame and were contacting me through it all. If I move cross country again I will most definitely getting their business again! Daniel Brian helped a lot.

I wasnt aware of the process or the exact intricacies involved in consumer car shipping, but fairway was there to awnser all my questions and was there every step of the way. My car arrived undamaged the very next day for what I would say is a very good price for as fast of a service as they provided.
