Fill in the ICO complaint form. It’s no about getting mad, it’s about getting even.
Fill in a form at the ICO stating they are a scam company. That’s the best way to put these parasites out of business. They are breaking GPDR rules so it’s an absolute duty the ICO must look into their illicit dealings
Beware, is a scam - check company on gov website
The more I look into it the more I can see this is a scam. The one director behind this company has had several companies dissolved, and he's the director or copious.co.uk as well. Hmmmmm, something fishy going on here!!!!
This all started when I received an email "looking into the extent of unresolved repair issues affecting Council and Housing Association tenants across the UK". I have called the number on their website and can't get through, just option to leave a message on the voice mail. Have completed the form on the site, no response. I have emailed the person who was indicated on the email (Dan at copious.co.uk) and no response, and called the number on copious.co.uk website which just gives a voicemail to say send a text. I would like to know where you got my info from - this all points to scam activity.
Awful Company - Worse Values
Sending unwanted and unsolicited emails, spouting nonsense, encouraging me to think of a reason to take legal action against various organisations.
The embodiment of everything that is wrong with society today.
Go and make a decent, honest living, instead of preying on the public and clogging the overrun and farcical circus that is the UK legal system!
And stop emailing me - I didn’t ever ask for your contact or advice.
Shocking I signed up yesterday and…
Shocking I signed up yesterday and changed my mind and asked them to cancel as I’m in the Cooling period
No response and continue to email me saying they have requested documents I have kept all my emails saying cancel my request AVOID they don’t answer the phone either
This company has a few website addresses so be on guard
emissions.co.uk
claimexperts.co.uk

and looking at the company director history he has dissolved more company’s than I have had HOT dinners
This company support and protect the…
This company support and protect the NHS and treat people like they're re-tarded.
I have all the evidence needed to win a case against the NHS and they have refused on few occasions to do it, for what reason it can only be to protect and support the NHS in medical negligence and malpractice which I have all the evidence and the permanent disfigurement to prove it.
It physically impossible to go into an operation and come out with more problems that started with that then required 3 corrective surgeries to fix yet this lot claim that is normal.
I also left a review on another site and they didn't like the true facts stated and tried to get the review taken down, to which they have been unsuccessful which must be because what I have said is to be true and if it wasn't they would of taken the case on.
Shocking company
Shocking company. They are sending out spam emails with references to disrepairclaims.co.uk, which is a totally different company. They even have the cheek to quote the competitors domain on thier own website, probably to get better SEO. They clearly have no regard for data protection or other companies. Certainly not a company I would trust.
Just been spammed by this company
