After a previously good buying experience with Fairweathers I decided to buy an Agapanthus Arctic Star from them. This time I was rather disappointed with the quality of the plant I received. It was crammed into a tiny box, had yellowing, limp leaves and was completely bone dry.

UPDATE: Fairweathers asked me to provide photos of the plant and have now kindly agreed to send me a replacement plant. Very happy with the speed of their response and the outcome: star rating amended as a result.

Easy to order and plants arrived in good condition. Planted as soon as they arrived and are all doing well despite the wind and the rain!

The plants were in good condition on arrival but some of the Agapanthus leaves turned yellow very quickly which must have been caused by travelling in hot weather

When the plant shop didn't have exactly what I wanted Vanessa as very helptful and offered alternatives. Unfortunately the delivery firm were hopeless and claimed they couldn't find the house. Vanessa was again very helpful and the plants were delivered the following day. They were well planted and healthy. Top marks all round.
