The images on the website are beautiful. I ordered twice from them. Shipping took a long time. The crowns came in but didn't fit well at all and small pieces of metal on the front backside of crown dig into your head. A lot of stones fell out. I reached out to them and they sent a new crown but the stones fell out of it as well.

I ADORE this company. I have lots of crowns from them, around 20. (A slight fashion addiction.) The quality of the crowns are outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about the crowns themselves. They sparkle, are heavy-duty and feel like they will last a life time if treated well. I want to pass the tiaras down to my future children. I'm actually surprised to see any negative reviews about them. I have spoken with the amazing customer service team multiple times and they are highly responsive. I had one item that was delayed, reached out to the customer service and they helped me sort it out. Very happily 100% recommend.

Very long shipping time, couldn't find where they're located on their site and had to pay import fees. The crowns I got were wonky and bent, not symmetrical. They had glue strings all over.
I managed to fix one and it looks gorgeous though.
I suspect they only show 5 star reviews/fake reviews on their site because it seemed overwhelmingly positive with many pictures to show for it.

I ordered just one pair of earrings, back in the beginning of September. It is now December and I still haven't received them yet. One red flag was when I tried to enter my tracking number on their track orders page, It said: 'tracking is not available now and to contact the seller.'. I contacted their customer service and they told me the earrings were in customs in the state. They told me this a month and a half ago, I should have received them by now. I have ordered skincare products (multiple items) from a different company from Korea and they have shipped that out faster than this little order. Even Zulily ships stuff out faster than this company. I asked for a refund, currently waiting for their response. Will never purchase anything from this company again. I suggest you do the same, stay away and purchase things elsewhere.

Item took months to arrive. 3 times as long as stated. While they say things are posted from across the world they are not very transparent on their site about sources. The tiara is okay, a little tackler looking than expected but can be made to look okay. The product was sent from aliexpress. The lack of transparency makes an ethical shopper lack confidence and this is why. I know drop shipping is a thing but if I wanted the product from aliexpress I would have paid less than $15 including shipping.

My items arrived when I thought they would. Customer service was friendly and quick. And the tiara came looking gorgeous and very well made!
