The personalized pocket hug was…

The personalized pocket hug was disappointing. Can't even read the verse it's written so small and can't read the custom name I had ordered. Had to use the photo with enhanced imaging to even get close to reading it. Contacted customer service. Sent a photo. Have not been able to solve the issue. All I asked for was a replacement. Got nothing!

The advertised coin is beautiful online…but much smaller in reality

The advertised coin is beautiful online which is what prompted me to make the purchase as an anniversary present. The actual product is so much smaller and lacks the same level of detail and allure. The inscription is very small and hard to read without some magnification. I am a military veteran of 22 years and have collected many coins in my travels around the world, they have amazing detail, color and relief. This keepsake is just that a sentimental keepsake smaller than the size of a quarter, good to tuck away in your wallet.

FaithCorner a Scam ?

Company address in Colorado is a “mail drop” used by many companies Faith corner refused to identify owners of company and refused to identify the state in the USA ALSO they use .co instead of .com on their email address which indicates probably not a company based in USA THEY use YanExpress for shipping and that shipping company is based in China
Their email replies are always received around 11 PM mountain standard time which would lead one to believe they are NOT located in Colorado
Their shipping times are not as advertised bc their ship from China
IF this is actually a company based in China one might question their sales of Christian items
Aside from the above my item arrived with a scratch on the front and looked nothing like the advert which appeared to be wood but actually plexiglass with an ‘iron on” appliqué on back The gift box they charged $10.00 for arrived creased and wrinkled
To attempt to “make things right” I was offered a refund of 20% and for that I was supposed to accept a damaged item which was purchased as a gift
I firmly believe this is a scam company selling cheap products at high price point
Would not recommend unless you want a “Temu” like product at Nordstrom prices
With little or no customer satisfaction

Faith corners reply to my review is to ask me to provide information I have had over TWENTY EMAILS back and forth with them They have all the information they needed I will not provide any more info here bc who knows what they will do with more info I have written them many times with my concerns and disfaction and the best they could come up with was a 20% on a faulty product This was purchased as a gift and I do not want another bc it’s too late now I have the gift and apologies for the damages and provided a different gift from a reputable company
Again My fault for trusting a China based company I’ll know better next time to review a company I see on IG before purchasing but was taken in by their name and assumed something which they are not - a trusted company! Do your research before you by Or Acts17:11 Trust but verify

The product I ordered was nothing like…

The product I ordered was nothing like the product. They show the writing was so small. We couldn't even read it with a magnifying glass. I would recommend not purchasing anything from this company

Mother Mary surrounded with Amethyst

The item which I ordered, Mother Mary supposedly surrounded with Amethyst, arrived with a cheap piece of plastic in front of a cheap light!
No Amethyst whatsoever!!!
People, please don't waste your time and money.
This is a rip off company and every employee will be punished by God.

I have received all of my orders and I am extremely happy and satisfied with each of them. The quality is great and the engraving was just as I wanted it. Questioning my order

I just ordered my husband a pocket coin. I was surprised when it said it would be here the 6th or 7th of this month! It's part of my 25th Anniversary gift to him. After I ordered I noticed the time ordered was 5 hrs later than when I ordered it. After reading many comments. I wish that I hadn't ordered it 😕. I wonder if I can cancel if it's already pending in my acct? Are they planning on people thinking it's okay because they are hiding behind the "Faith Corner"?

Never Again!

I placed my order and my card was charged but months later I still have not received the product that I paid for. The customer service has been a major disappoint and there has been no response to my request for a refund. I will NEVER order from this company again!

Fake AI advertising

The item was delivered pretty fast so that's a good thing, but I am annoyed the use AI to promote the product and this makes it always look better, it's simple false advertising because it not looks the same, AI makes it more 3D, And even if you mention this I would recommend to make real pictures as it is and leave a this AI crap behind, because irs a hood reason to claim your money back
