My experience with them has been very good overall. I have also worked with their team on improving shipment documentation and paperwork to help make the international shipping process smoother.

What has impressed me most is how they have handled problems when they occurred. International shipments do not always go perfectly, and I had a shipment that did not make it to me. Marmie advocated for me with her supervisors and continued working on the issue until Faithful ultimately resent the shipment at no additional charge.

That type of support matters much more to me than simply having every transaction go perfectly. Problems can happen with any international supplier; how a company responds when something goes wrong says a lot about the relationship they have with their customers.
