I ordered theses sheets in September and received them in December, total scam! Sheets definitely don’t feel like linen and feels more like microfiber sent from China 😩 can’t even shop online for quality stuff anymore! Tag says it’s made in PRC? Where’s that??

Total Scam. Not Okeo-Tek certified at all. These are NOT linen sheets at all. They are made in China. Was completely scammed. There is no tag on the sheets saying they have any linen at all

Contacted customer service about not receiving sheets since more than 1 month since ordering. Refused to cancel order stating wait until item arrives and then do return. No date given for delivery. SCAM.....

It took forever to receive my order with a few message from me to find out where and when I would receive these sheets.
This is what I received.
1. Sheets made in China
2. No fabric information on the sheets
3. The fabric IS NOT linen
4. The customer service was ill at best
I had FAITH in what I saw on-line but it wasn’t at all what I got.

Never again! BUYER BEWARE!!

zero actually. this is a fraudulent website. ordered king sheets that never arrived. emailed them with no response. now sent a complaint to ftc.gov and will try to get my money back through my bank.

Sheets took 3 months to get here and they are fake. Definitely not linen. It’s a scam and I lost 144$ don’t buy

These are touted as being European 100% flax linen, OEKO certified...None of this is true. These are from China. The sheets are not linen, others say probably a poly cotton. There is no label stating fabric content. They feel ok, quality is about like WMart. I would give 0 stars, if possible, bc of the deceptive advertising. And, NO RETURNS.

NEVER ARRIVED. This company is a scam. Do not buy. Bought king sheets and 2 months later, they haven't arrived and customer service is unresponsive. Supposed shipping info is from China not Italy. It's probably fake anyway.

If there was a zero star rating I would have used it.
So disappointed but the best available is a 50% refund. China product but no mention of that on the website! Not linen!!!!

I was initially excited to order sheets advertised as 100% European flax linen from Faith Linen. The company name and product description suggested a quality, natural linen product.

Unfortunately, the experience did not match the expectation. Shipping took approximately six weeks, and the product arrived from China. After inspecting the sheets, they do not appear to be linen. Based on their feel, behavior, and labeling, they are most likely cotton or a cotton–viscose/rayon blend designed to mimic linen. The sewn-in label does not list fiber content.

While the sheets are usable, they are not as advertised. I am choosing not to pursue a return due to the effort required, but I am leaving this review so other buyers are aware before ordering.

After a month or two of contacting the company to find out where by sheets were, they finally arrived. Not linen at all, 100% microfiber. Shipped from China. Very disappointing.

I ordered these "European flax linen" sheets in king-size. These are definitely NOT flax linen! I washed them without examining them. So now I find all the negative reviews. Ugh! Don't buy these cheap synthetic sheets unless you like overpaying for plastic!

Just like everyone else, I ordered sheets and after a month have not received them. Was told by support that they are waiting for the carrier to pic up my order. Do not order from this company!

I ordered a set of sheets from this website, but never received an order confirmation or tracking info. When I tried to contact them, I got no replies, so I thought it was a scam and disputed the charge on my credit card and got my money back. Several weeks later, I actually did receive the sheets and so far the seem to be as advertised. So they don't conduct business in a proper manner, but they are not a scam!

If i could give it zero stars I would. Paid $140. Ordered Oct 29. Now, Dec 13 the sheets have never arrived. And the email chain that I createc when first inquiring with customer service for tracking info (that was inaccurate) now returns as "undeliverable" for a wrong address. The company - or the two people running the company- have run off with our funds and disappeared y'all!

I placed an order on November 17, 2025 and as of this date it appears the sheets have not been shipped. Also, it appears the shipping, if it ever happens, will be from Wuhan, China. I have initiated a dispute through my credit card company. Do not order from this company.

The tracking company says it is still waiting to receive the item for shipping. I ordered the item November 10, 2025. I've contacted the company several times with no response back to me.

DON'T order from this company! Immediately after I placed my order I got an email stating my order would be delayed because they were dealing with poor quality supplies. It's been a month since I placed my order. I tried to cancel but they said it had already shipped and wouldn't be possible. What they meant was that it's still on that slow boat from China. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

As others describe, these sheets are a scam! They are not linen, though they have no material description tag, they feel very synthetic- whatever they are. They only have a tag saying product of P.R.C. (Their website said made in Italy)
They took forever to arrive, late by over a month. Do NOT buy these sheets.
