Ordered Charlie Kirk t shirt, did not receive any delivery details, I sent numerous emails just asking that someone could contact me I received and rude email telling me to stop emailing! Then I get an email saying difficulty in sending item, then it was out of stock! So a requested my money back which thankfully they did, so disappointed as I wanted to show my support!

Do not order from here. Almost 70.00 for 2 shirts that look nothing like what ordered. The material is cheaper than cheap. The sleeves are actually purple. I ordered on Oct. 8 2025. I dont think I have ever ordered anything that turned out this bad.

Item came not as described! Totally different material, feel, quality to what was shown on their website. Honestly wish I could add a photo to this review to show how dishonest this company is.
I ordered to the UK and I’m currently in the process of receiving a refund. Initially they offered 50%. They couldn’t refund me back to GBP only USD, but I am in the process of asking for 100% back due to UK Trades Description Regulations and Consumer Rights Act.
If they do fail to refund me 100%, I will be raising this with my bank provider and I am also in the process of reporting them to Action Fraud due to selling misrepresented items.

I wish there was a lower star then one. I order a product from Faithootd.com, I waited for over a month and they tried to blame the post office for it not reaching me. Then I requested a refund and they charged me another shipping charge and a loss of item charge. They are not a reliable business and are using the Faith in a miss reprehensive way. This company is just out to scam people. As a business owner I never came across a company who did what they could to steal money from a customer and not try to keep the customers business. Do not buy from them!!!

Buyer beware! Items are NOT embroidered, and materials are cheap. Return/refund process is incredibly frustrating - back and forth emails. Shipment came from China, and if you want a full refund, you have to ship back to China. I ended up being offered a 50% "settlement" and I took it, just to be done with the experience. I definitely wish I'd researched the company more before ordering, because, as presented, it looks like a state-side business with embroidered products.

Placed an order September 13th. Tracking shows delivered weeks ago but nothing has come. When I opened a dispute with Paypal they claimed that I refused the delivery 16 days after they admitted that it was delivered to the wrong address or lost. They stated that they would not issue a refund until I dropped my claim with Paypal. Complete scam!!
