Not good experience Order Not Received

I would like to say that I ordered 2 dress in August.The order dates are 8th august 2025 and 14 august 2025.when I was ordering the dresses they mentioned it will receive in 4 weeks and I need it in before 10th of October 2025.the duration of 4 weeks is already over now ..This is very stressful for me. Kindly solve this issue.I will be very thank full to you.

Had the most worst experience with these guys ordered an outfit when arrived in uk the outfit had two colours on my kameez, the customer service are not prompt, they talk a lot of shit, they say something and do something else pls don’t order from them still haven’t got my refund?

Hope you all okay so i want to share my experience with this brand i am satisfied i ordered one suit from faiza saqlain and its coming on gime just because of the guy shehzad he is so responsible and so kind with me n my husband and we both are happy to see our suits also the delivery is soo on time with DHL i live in UK but trust on them will definitely ordered more suits from there please give a good salry pakge to that guy always picked our call and response us also guide us about measurement he is loyal with his job and work !! thankiu shahzad will definitely ordered more suits becuz of your service my outfit KAIA

Horrible experience and worst customer…

Horrible experience and worst customer service ever.
I placed an order from the UK to be delivered in Canada on 15th march 2025.
The order was supposed to deliver or atleast dispatch in 6 weeks and today is 22nd may 2025. The order is still on its way and hasn’t arrived yet. Meanwhile their customer service is so bad that they never get back to you and respond are never reliable. Please don’t buy from big brands like this who only focus on money and not the customers need and time.

Please think twice before you order from this designer. They never care about customer urgency. I had a very bad experience. I ordered a simple Nikah sherwani after seeing it would deliver in 4 to 6 weeks. So my expectation was that they might deliver it in 5 weeks upon request since we live abroad. After I placed the order I kept emailing and texting them that we needed the order by May 17 which was more than the 6 weeks away. The Nikah date passed but we didn’t receive it. They didn’t care about our several emails and texts. I feel like they were just sitting there and answering some of our inquiries without actually attempting to expedite the shipping process. They didn’t allow us to cancel the order either. They never took extra care to meet customer needs. Also they always state 4 to 6 weeks for delivery but it’s a scam and not true. The team is much slower at sending out their products than they advertise. Never order from here. It’s a waste of money.

Warning

Warning: Avoid ordering from the FaizaSaqlain website! They appear to be engaging in fraudulent practices. I placed an order and immediately submitted a request via their website's "Replace or Exchange" link. Despite this, they processed and shipped the order the same day, completely disregarding my communication. Contacting them through the phone number listed on their site proved difficult, forcing me to find their wholesale number through Google. The customer service representative I spoke with was rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. Having spent $2000 on my recent orders, I will no longer be a customer and strongly advise others to avoid this seller.

Outstanding service! The sales associate Mr Ahmad Khan at Faiza Saqlain Lahore outlet was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Pathetic fabric

The fabric quality is pathetic, and the stitching is awful. The Chikankari outfit is made with below-average fabric and poorly constructed. I would not recommend buying from this so-called designer.
I have ordered from FSQ twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. I won’t be ordering again

Poor service and delayed order

I patiently waiting 4 weeks for order to be shipped, as stated on the order confirmation the order will be shipped after 4 weeks. Today when the order should have been in transit, I received an email to notify me that my order is in production and will be delayed by 1-2 weeks. I was in shock to hear this and what is even outrageous is that the representative over WhatsApp advised me that my order is due to be shipped out by 15th Feb, which is a complete lie. I am disgusted that even the customer service team are ignoring my messages and they easily charged £40 for shipping. Very poor service, it’s a shame because they have really nice items but the service and shipping is awful!

Given Faiza Saqlain one star is a compliment!! Atrocious customer service. Ordered an outfit and they sent the incorrect colour. Despite sending pictures as evidence, the response was 'ma'am it is the correct outfit'. See a legal challenge on the horizon!

My experience here has always been wonderful. Special thanks to Warda in the team who cleared all the doubts I had and helped me through every detail as I was really nervous for my big day. I got my order way before time and it’s prettier than I imagined. Super happy.

I am a regular buyer of Faiza Saqlain omg your work is outstanding, you and your team are putting so much effort in making beautiful designs which will perfectly fit us and makes us look more elegant and pretty. When we wore your dresses everyone asked from where did you get this dress, and the customer representative named Sumbul Younous she is a gem she is soo good to the customers I always wanted that If i buy the dress she will be there to help me out.
Because she is a very good person and knows perfectly how to deal the customers. ☺️
