Product not 'in stock'
Always happy with the product itself. That said, on TWO occasions I bought fur that was in stock on the website, received an email that my order is ready for shipment, then I received another email saying that what I purchased is "no longer in stock". I am not happy with that at all!!!

Best by comparison
We purchased samples from several companies looking for the "right" fur for our Nutcracker mice. Fake fur shop had by far the best quality within the same price range. They ship quickly and communicate clearly. This is an excellent company to conduct business with.

An easy five stars
it’s very easy to give five stars to a company when the whole process goes smoothly BUT when there is genuine mistake or error and the company goes out of their way to rectify well , that’s even more of a litmus test. Fakefur forgot one piece of my order and not only answered my email within 24hrs but also rectified the order quickly and smoothly and went out of their way too ensure customer satisfaction-highly recommend this company. The fur itself ? something for everything from high end luxury fur, to fun fur to suit every budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Fakefur shop.
