Brillant service from start to finish.

A first class service from start to finish. Very efficient and friendly from first visit to shop, measuring, top quality products and extremely professional fitting. Everyone involved was 100% reliable, on time, and Ben, Steve and Gary did a brilliant job installing our new woodburner and surround. They were friendly, polite, and left everwhere spotless. We are thrilled with the result, and would very highly recommend Fakenham Fires. The thank you Norfolk hamper was a lovely surprise at the end!

The chaps were polite, efficient, professional with an eye for detail. Itsvtaken them just 2 days to open up the fireplace and install the woodburner and it now looks like it was always there!

We were impressed with their showroom and the advice provided, our wood burner was fitted by fantastic team of two, who provided a professional finish. Every care was taken to provide as little disruption as possible. We will certainly be recommending them to friends and family.

Excellent customer service throughout, from the process of choosing a log burner to the fitting. Rob and Steve installed the Charnwood with efficiency and expertise. They were polite and respectful throughout, taking great care at every stage. I can highly recommend Fakenham Fires.

Our 1600cm electric log fire was perfectly installed into a bespoke media wall with tv and soundbar. The workmanship by the Fakenham Fires team, including sub-contract carpenter and electrician, was excellent, neat and tidy. A very professional company who can be thoroughly recommended.

Recommended by friends, we visited the showroom without a clear idea of what we were looking for. Mark & Ben fitted our new woodburner quickly, calmly & cleanly in our very old property. Highly recommend Fakenham Fires, we visited the showroom and the owner showed us all the options, didnt pressure us into a sale and just showed us the options in our price range. Within a week of visiting we were booked in for an installation (due to a cancellation) and the installation was quick and clean and tidy dust mats everywhere and very nice and informative chaps as well. The hamper with tea coffee and fudge to enjoy by the fire was such a nice little touch too - thank you! Definitely don't go anywhere else for your log burner 10/10 🌟

From initial enquiry in the showroom, quote, gas engineer, plasterer and install, all staff were so helpful and a joy to deal with.

Over the last 10 years I have had three different woodburners supplied and installed by Chris Smith's company 'Fakenham Fires'.
On each occasion the advice, technical knowledge and customer service has been flawless.
The most recent installation in our old Norfolk cottage was no exception and even though substantially delayed due to building issues, the company maintained the terms their original quotation.
I cannot praise Chris and his whole team highly enough.

From start to finish our experience with Fakenham Fires, has been brilliant. Sorting out a particular wood burner, the advice given was helpful. The installation was flawless and so neat and tidy. We haven’t lit the wood burner yet as we are experiencing a bit of a heat wave! But we look forward to doing our run in fires when the weather cools down.

The service was excellent. We had fireplace taken out and new fire surround plus wood burning stove. The guys doing the work cleared up after the first day as well as at the end. Quality of work was first class.
If you can afford it, then do it.
