Why bother with an online booking system?
I completed the Fakenham Skips online application form which included a choice of date, skip size, my preferred time of delivery and I was asked to acknowledge their terms & conditions. This skip was booked to coincide with a house clearance and an imminent sale of the property. Upon chasing them to confirm the skip would indeed be delivered at the allotted hour I was told that I had made merely an inquiry. Very poor communication, very inconvenient and no desire on their part to resolve the problem.

Good Morning Nigel,
Whilst you did fill out all of the correct forms online in order to book a skip, you did not follow it through to pay for the skip and as no payment was made the order was not accepted and you did not receive any confirmation that your skip was booked.
You then sent some instructions via our contact form which was responded to at 7.22am yesterday and we did not receive any further communication from you until you were borderline abusive to my colleague at around 4.30pm yesterday, where she explained that the only information/contact that we had from you was that contact form.
