Faktum kitchen doors - perfect
I wanted replacement doors and drawer fronts for our IKEA kitchen, initially purchased over 12 years ago. The only response from IKEA was "we don't that type (Faktum) any more".
I was hopeful when I spotted Faktum UK. From a good start, where great service/communication was provided to help with order selection, things only got better. Today my order arrived, two weeks earlier than schedule, and was perfect in all respects.
I can definitely recommend this company for replacement Faktum kitchen doors and drawer fronts.

Great packaging meaning that the door and drawer fronts were perfect.
All as per order and fitted perfectly, with all holes drilled in exactly same position as original IKEA ones. Super fresh result. So happy!

The perfect retail experience.
Thank you SO much for the perfect retail experience. Our order was successfully delivered before time and was packed extremely well in bullet-proof packaging resulting in no damage whatsoever to the goods. Everything was manufactured to the highest standard and fitted perfectly first time.
All holes were accurate and the whole process was extremely easy and satisfying. The only drawback is how difficult it can be to get the green protective covering off. I developed a good technique in the end, so all was fine.
Thank you again to the detail of the order; I had made a mistake re drawer sizes and you spotted and corrected the mistake instantly with no fuss or bother.
all in all, a thoroughly good experience and I shall recommend your services should I find anyone interested. The result is magnificent and has made a real difference to the look of our kitchen.
