Most invoicing tools are designed for bigger markets and treat Luxembourg as an edge case, so Faktura takes the opposite approach and starts from Luxembourg law: strictly sequential invoice numbering, the legal mentions your invoices must carry, and support for every Luxembourg VAT treatment, from the standard 17% rate and reduced rates to the Article 57 franchise regime, reverse charge, and intra-EU supplies. You pick the applicable treatment and Faktura handles the calculations, the correct wording, and the compliance details. Every invoice is archived immutably for 10 years as the law requires and EU client VAT numbers are validated against VIES with a full audit trail. Invoices go out in French, German or English, while the UI is available in French, German, Luxembourgish, Portuguese and English. If you work with a fiduciaire you can give them read-only access to everything they need at closing time instead of emailing PDFs back and forth.
